I'm sorry, I haven't tried it with any gluten-free flour but you may have some success with an all purpose gluten-free flour blend as an alternative. Let me know how you go!
You can store them in the fridge for 3-5 days or freeze them in a tightly sealed bag for up to 1 month once they're made. I haven't refrigerated or frozen the dough but you can store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Hmmm...possibly! I haven’t tried it myself but you can substitute it for coconut cream. It will just have a different flavour with cashew and the dough will possibly have a looser consistency. Let me know how you go! ☺️
