    do you think I could use millet flour for a gluten-free version? I've developed a sensitivity to gluten and am trying to avoid white bread-

      I'm sorry, I haven't tried it with any gluten-free flour but you may have some success with an all purpose gluten-free flour blend as an alternative. Let me know how you go!

    Could you freeze or refrigerate the dough to use later? If so how long?

      You can store them in the fridge for 3-5 days or freeze them in a tightly sealed bag for up to 1 month once they're made. I haven't refrigerated or frozen the dough but you can store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.

    Do you think I could use cashew yogurt?

      Hmmm...possibly! I haven’t tried it myself but you can substitute it for coconut cream. It will just have a different flavour with cashew and the dough will possibly have a looser consistency. Let me know how you go! ☺️
