I love how you said to hit with your heel nobody ever says that for some reason. I try to land all of my kicks with my heel or shin. Specifically push and sidekick. I dont do tkd closest thing I trained was muay thai but I always landed those with my heel even though coaches would always say something different like the whole foot or the blade that just never felt right with me im glad your confirming my studies lol.

Nietzsche's Mustache Oof there are only a few kicks Id want to land with the blade, and all of those are for shoed arts - so not Muay Thai or tkd! Glad you liked the video!
