I can't imagine how hard it is to make a provisions list planning out meals I can't even plan out a week of meals here at home. Praying for you to have safe passage no breakdowns and just sail into the wind and do each other and nature that you will be surrounded by. God bless

I am presuming that as the video ends with your departure that you have made it safely. I believe that I heard the skipper on Parley Revival mention you as being on their radar in their livestream when they crossed the Equator a while back. As their weekly video is also about their leaving La Paz, it is good to know that you had a "buddy boat" not to far off during the cross. Nevertheless, each boat makes the crossing alone. Congratulations, and looking forward to your adventures in Polynesia.

@@SailingOneLife That was a great view. That was a crazy shallow spot you were in. My 6ft draft gets to within a foot at low tide. There is a big electrical cable in the channel near the Hotel. Low tide is a problem for sailboats with 7 ft or more. I am on a flight to La Paz now. It's 100 degrees there. That will be fun🤣

Hi Rodney! A provisioning video sounds like a great idea. I have wanted to do one for quite some time but always seems like when we are in the act of provisioning itself, we are in a hurry to get everything put away, etc. I'll try to do a video mostly of talking but with b roll and flashback footage.

Great! I can ONLY imagine the feeling of casting off for a 3 week solo passage across the ocean. No people, no boats, no land, just water (lots and lots of water). Imagine how Columbus and his crew felt when they cast off. Good luck and thanks for taking us along!

I don’t know how You provision…seems impossible. Planning for those days you just sit. I saw one sailor sit for 2 weeks in the doldrums. I hope you have great travels. You missed our big storms in FL. THAT WAS A GOOD THING. Take care, see ya on the other side.
I've made many adjustments to my provisioning list over the years. Each time we do it I learn something. Wow 2 weeks of just sitting. Can't imagine what that would be like!
