China's GDP is up because they are hard-working people. Indian people come to the USA and work in the factories 16 hours a day for 9 dollars an hour without any breaks. If in India they will be on strike every day.

I am answering as I listen to what these people have to say. Mr.Desai is the only sane one here. The USA is 224 years old, and it took them 150 years to become a developed country. India is 77 years old. In the 1970 's in the USA, pro mom & pop shops people were protesting over Walmart and big grocery stores. Look at USA now. Nobody likes the paradigm . It takes time.

It is time to retire the people above and time to teach and employ young people. Give the older folks Social Security income and retire them.
"Give social security"- for that people have to pay taxes or pension plans. 80% of Indians don't even pay income taxes let alone pension. Moreover, America with more than 100 trillion dollars in debt including its unfulfilled social security promises cannot pay pension in the future due to impending de-dollarization after 2025. It also means, devaluation of USD and hyperinflation/high interest rates which we already see. Party is over for the west since it cannot print trillions of dollars out of thin air anymore just like how they did for the past 5 decades (since early 70s) despite poor growth rates. So, don't expect India to follow the west which was running the world's biggest ponzi scheme monetary system in the form of petro dollar that shaped their economic model
