I bought the kit back I April and have been sorta scared to build it lol. Tonight was the night, if I wanted to stay on schedule for my Vash build to have him ready for my next con. It took me about 4-6 hours to put it all together, and it's not perfect, but I'm really proud of it! This is my first time working with concert cement and craft foam so extensively. Thank you so much for this kit and tutorial! I will for sure be getting your arm pattern and following that tutorial as well. Thank you so much for helping out other Vash cospalyers!
No matter how many times I see Vash's revolver on you. I'm always speechless how awesome it turned out. And despite the fact that I've seen the tutorial for it now, I wouldn't dare to buy it as a kid and make it myself. I'm so untalented and I'd be afraid to screw it up. It's best if I sneak in and steal your first prototype XDDD. You are doing such a great job
Just spent an hour or so studying this and numbering each pattern piece in order of assembly so that I can be extra prepared when I finally cut up the pattern on the eva foam 🤞I will pull this off for sure 1st try let's gooo

Hey uhm question: I really cant seem to get the Bevel parts correct! Which side goes where? Like can you maybe explain which of the sides (40 degree/30 Degree) goes onto the gun and which onto the smaller part? I got everything else ready but this is killing my nerves ;____;

I just recently found your chanel and I m so impressed with all your work. I assume the Foam-kits are cut with a Lasercutter? May I ask what kind of Lasercutter you use :)
The piece you use at the handle that will cover the hinge is too small if you use all 4 pieces for the handle. I bought the kit and was following along but struggled at that part, I used the blank piece of foam to cut out a rectangle that fit. Awesome tutorial though! Clearer shots of what the pieces look like when glued together at each step would’ve helped a lot, I found myself pausing and zooming in a lot because I couldn’t tell where/how the piece connected
do you have any suggestions besides a magnet the even out the weight of the gun handle and body? the magnet work, but i cant hold it by just the grip without it seperating

I had a hard time actually getting it to print 100% with the US Letter pattern, so it's recommended to have it set to "Fit to Page" or 93% zoom
