A1278 (820-3115) - No Power and No Light on the Charger

Just a video of me trying to repair an older MacBook Pro Logic Board From 2012. customer told us that they changed the battery and DC in board to no avail. Can we fix it?

Thank you for the video. My old MacBook has not green light and is not charging, but it works fine when the battery has charge some juice in it. I'm gonna wing it and try replacing the ISL6259 directly. Let's see how it goes XD

Most likely damage to the charging circuit.
