Just a little reminder for everyone due to be married, you do not have to lose weight. Not for your wedding, not for your partner, not for your guests, not to fit into a particular dress. For nobody but yourself. I feel like these type of videos always low-key send the message that losing weight becomes a part of wedding planning just like picking a venue or something. I agree that some people might not feel 100% comfortable in their skin and believe that losing a bit of "extra" weight might help with that, but please be kind to yourself and your body and do it for you and for yourself only. Your partner loves you for you and so should you!
Rebecca has such a warm aura around her. Her "Hi sweetheart!" and "I'm so proud of you!!" made me so happy on the inside😭😭. She's so gentle AND practical like when they were having that talk at the end about not beating yourself up and focusing more on finding that healthy relationship with fitness and food. I think it’s absolutely incredible that she stuck with this as much as she did given the circumstances. I love this video. It shows the reality of it. When I was younger I would diet and restrict myself for a week and then binge. In October of last year, I decided to make it a lifestyle so when I want to eat a donut I do. The 80% thing is true and now I workout because I like it! I’ve also lost 26 pounds and for this month I went vegan to lose the last 4, which were not budging:)

I've been having her watch all of the shows that you do fashion. It has helped immensely! She still wears a lot of black but has started adding more color. True. It's her choice. But I mean, wedding dresses don't do justice too for several body types. That's why either we need to choose loose weight to fit in the dress we really wants or find customize dress which is might be more expensive.
She did say she wasn’t doing this to loose weight, but to feel good about herself in her weeding dress. So people got the wrong message about this video just because she hired a personal trainer. Getting a personal trainer doesn’t mean loosing weight but getting into shape and getting the body that you wish to have, for some people that’s loosing weight, through eating healthier food and working out, for other people that’s building muscle, through putting on weight, eating healthier and working out, for some that’s loosing weight and building muscle, by eating healthier, and working. Getting into shape to me means putting on weight to build muscle and working out so I look healthier because I’m really skinny and underweight on the BMI scale, for Nina, that means loosing weight in some areas to build muscle in other areas without looking muscular.

Honestly. I think it’s best to intuitively eat in moderation. A lot of UA-cam videos like this show that junk food makes you fat. It doesn’t. It’s the amount of junk food. You might as well enjoy food by eating what you want with a balance. Workout for love for your body rather than hatred for your body. These videos make people think that this is the only way to lose weight. However,in the end you might like your body, but subconsciously you will start to categorize food as “bad” and “good”. Then it turns into a unhealthy relationship with food. Which then takes you into a yo-yo dieting (losing, gaining, losing, gaining and on).
It’s only miserable because people wait last minute. It’s a journey not just a small goal. It should honestly be a lifestyle not just to lose weight but to improve your health overall. People are just looking at it the wrong way
Honestly no, I like discipline in my food choices. I love that I have gone vegan for example because my choices are automatically more limited when eating out or buying processed food because it means I must cook more with fresh produce and Proteine sources like lentils, spinach, tofu etc.
You can really tell a difference! It’s amazing that you kept pushing yourself through! If you diet don’t force yourself to not eat a cookie now and again! Just giving yourself a treat is good

People should stop trying to find a reason (or excuses) to work out for specific events and then forget about it.. but trying to incorporate the fitness journey and healthy eating on a daily basis. I understand it is not easy most of the times but once you get used to that kind of lifestyle it becomes easier little by little. And I dont mean you have to work out 3 hours every day and starve or eat boring food, there are always healthy options for everything it is just a matter to find an exercise or activity that you like so you can enjoy doing it more often.
Food doesn't have to be bland in order to be healthy! I think some people think that (I used to think that too!) Have some seasoning or some honey to sweeten things up! Besides that, trying to work out and eat healthy for 3 months straight is definitely hard, so I commend Nina for sticking to it ^^

This video is really sweet, I'm glad they showed some of the struggle of starting a new routine and working out regularly and eating healthier and not feeling bad about having a "cheat day" because you just needed a cheat day. I really wish I could be working out during this pandemic but I can't find the motivation to do so, because I would have to research in ways I don't know how. Because my joints pop and crackle, I am hypermobile and I do need exercise but I need to be careful and stay in a "normal range of motion" and I don't know what that is because I have been hypermobile for so long. Random people of UA-cam any of y'all got any ideas or have the same problem?
I'm hypermobile like u and really care too about my kness and back and all my joints not hurting for a bad posture, what has worked for me is to look in a reflective surface when i'm doing a workout that it's new for me, if you can't do that try to listen to ur body, if there is any pain or ur feeling that crack or inestability better change for another exercise, in both cases research for examples of good posture explainend on video, always strech taking ur time before & after (SO important) and don't go all the way just cuz u can, specially with the shoulders, try not to keep them close to ur neck or behind ur head, that's gonna hurt u eventually Also, ur elwoys can be a little flexed while doing push-ups, planks all the way up and similars for more stability & less risk of hurting that joint, as u become stronger then u can straigh then and be ok with all ur weight 😊 Check Abby Polack on youtube, she is making workouts for all this month and she explains how to do proper a posture, how should u feel ur body by doing the moves and how to do it low impact, she is very good to me even if I'm not a native speaker, hope it helps some way and keep trying to do ur best, something is always better than nothing & You can do it! ✨

Hey it’s fun that she did this- but people getting married!! You don’t have to lose weight or look a certain way to get married!! The person marrying you fell in love with you for who you are.
I do understand that the motivation to go on this "fitness journey" was Nina's wedding, so having to postpone the wedding might affect their mental motivation. But at the same Time Nina explicitly said that she wants to feel good at her wedding, and that is her motivation. Feeling good is not a one day event. If what you go for is to feel good, and your diet means that you won't if you have to do it long term, then somethings off. Either the diet and exercise routine is for you to look good on one day, and therefor not sustainable for your life over the long term, or your internal motivation is about looking good. Cause if you really only cared about feeling good, you would stick to the plan because it would make you feel better.
It’s interesting to watch her as stay at home orders are issued and things changing from it’s not that big of a deal to global pandemic. And then now we’ve been in quarantine for like over 3 months 👁👄👁
