The 3rd times a charm I hope. A condensed review of the Charlotte Tilbury Foundation. I originally did not like this foundation on me. I have tried it a few times since removing it from my rotation of foundatons and I talk about my thoughts in this video. PS: I never did get my brows worked on. LOL
