Goela rented house and investing in stocks to get returns after 20 years, this theory sometimes fails because all the person has is 45k to invest or pay rent, but as per your theory he would require 30k+ 45k
Yes, i had same thought, people will take home loan and house value will increase after a period of time. It might not be an asset for us but for our childrens it will be a better asset. Atleast they don't need to take loan to build house.

Hi, in beginning you considered a return of 8% on real estate and then on later part you considered a inflation of 5.5% on house. It appears there is some mistake and numbers having been arbitrarily selected as per convenience.

5.5% figure is not correct as houses are real estate only and you took real estae returns to be 8% in the start of the video
