I brought he 2021 manual after watching one of your vids. Great car. Mine is white with the red interior.
Wish more of these were sold with the red interior
6 Spd manual yes!!!
So sick
I just test driving turbo premium Plus Mazda 3 at CarMax It was very nice. I might not get a brand new one but I certainly will keep a turbo one in mind.
Mazda 3!
hatchbacks looks so nice wtf.
Excellent review! I’m looking for a new manual car with all the bells/whistles for a great price and Mazda has it. I do wish the seats come in a different color such as brown or peanut butter but the red will do.
great looking vehicle love it👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
Thanks for watching! Hit the subscribe button if you’re new and stay tuned for the next review of the 2025 Hyundai Kona Limited!
Do you think Mazda will ever put a Hybrid in this car? Excellent review. Thanks
@@robertwilliam9558 Jaka pojemność ma ten silnik?
Really beautiful new shape. Looks elegant.. Mazda 3 hatchback... It's Japanese....
Mazda done such a great job.
Only real complaint is the electric handbrake.
I own this trim and at first I hated the electric handbrake, but now I'm used to it and its very convenient as it activates when I turn off the car. Also the feature that activates the break on an incline while I'm stopped and allows me to accelerate without drifting backward is pretty nice as well. This car is awesome.
@parnpichate It's a joy to drive.
I know I'll get use to it.
What color did you go with?
What year did you get and what trim did you choose looking for 2023/24 could wait for 25 but want turbo engine. Buddy has a 2019 mazda 3 non turbo he likes it's very much.
@theboycheef841 Mines a 2024. Manual transmission non turbo.
Doesn't have istop or cylinder deactivation, very fun to drive.
I'm averaging 31 mpg in city traffic.
@@freedomovereverything1776 Had to go with the Soul Red Crystal Metallic!
The only thing I don't like about the Mazda 3 is that you can't option in on the 12 speaker Bose system on the FWD Preferred model. You have to buy the AWD which is more expensive and has worse gas mileage. I just want a nice car with a sunroof and a badass stereo system. I don't need turbo or AWD.
I am going to check it out but I am concerned about the tiny windows in the second row and the really poor rear window visibility. Car and Driver said the Mazda hatch has such poor visibility that they ended up recommending the sedan, even though it isn't available in manual. Where I live , there are some merges where you really need a decent line of sight back and to the right. With the C-pillar in the Mazda, I am not sure how you could safely do those merges, since the rear seat window is so tiny.
Theres blind spot monitoring and a back up cam that comes standard.
@@dvvass Thanks. I'll check the car out, if I can find one with a manual transmission, but I am skeptical that the camera or blind spot monitoring provides a solution to the problem I raised. Back up cameras work when the car is in reverse. Since I don't tend to merge onto highways in reverse, a back up camera doesn't do any good in the situation that I described. Blind spot monitoring tends only to show you vehicles that are very close to your vehicle in an adjacent lane. For a highway merge, they are a last second life saver (which is not to be sniffed at), but it really would be preferable to be able to turn your head and have an adequate view. Otherwise, you may need extra large side-mounted mirrors (like trucks and vans have).
Thats why they invented those tiny mirrors on side mirrors.
Hi when you say 2025, does it look different to the 2024, my dealer says the 2025 isnt released yet and should be released in February 2025, this is australia though
Can you confirm if the 12V is in there? I've heard the 24s didn't have a 12V in US and Canada.
It's there, inside the center console.
@@edwinalfredo310 I've heard that in the 24s is just a plastic cover with a hole in it, with nothing to connect to. I know he had a quick look at it but I just wish he could have opened it. Usually I wouldn't mind if there's nothing there, but a 12v is what I use to connect a dashcam, a vacuum and a tire inflator.
I've got a 24 and can confirm that there's no 12v
Need advice. I’m stuck between this and an Integra A-Spec manual. I love the Mazda for its edgy design, material choices and reliability, but the Integra has an awesome shifter feel and a few more luxury amenities.
The Integra has the advantage for back seat spaciousness. The turbo engine has an easy tune from Hondata, for under $1000. The Mazda 3 has the edge in turning radius and probably engine longevity (naturally aspirated engines less issues). I went with the Mazda since I don’t care about back seat, and I value the shorter dimensions for parking situations.
Apples to apples, if you go with the manual transmission the Integra vs Mazda 3 choice, Acura will take about $6000 more out of your pocket to purchase than the Mazda 3 in this video. That’s a lot of gas money.
how is the carbon edition the same MSRP and doesn’t come with bose :( i’m so sad i missed out on premium audio in 2024 model year.
could you review a 2025 Mazda3 Hatchback Turbo Premium Plus? That’ll be my big trade next year!
this
do they have any cloth seats? I hate leather seats.
Yes on the base model.
Omg mazda never changed the Style of Mazda 3... that is too boring and Since 2020 is the same shape
That is one hideous looking car top to bottom inside and out. Yikes
