I loved this when it came out. Mainstream performers just stopped in their tracks. The a capella movement stepped up their game. HF had us laughing, smiling and eagerly looking forward to their Friday releases. Their lockdown video's were so creative and entertaining. I thank them and their dedicated production team, for keeping us sane...in style.
I think this was the first song they did during Covid in 2020. They released a new CD of the songs they did during lockdown called Songs of Lockdown. There are many great songs along with videos that go with them. Take care of you and your family!
When Home Free came out with this, we all needed something to make us laugh. We needed that connection with each other to remind us we weren't alone and that we could get through this together. Great reaction!

Home Free loves their fans as much as we love them. They knew that many of us were struggling and needed a laugh. I'm sure they also needed a laugh and to try and figure out what to do. They kept up their promise to release a new video twice a month to keep themselves busy and to help distract us and make us smile. I am sure that they were a big help to a great many people. As for normal...well I am permanently working from home now so that will never go back. But I'm okay with it as I prefer it to driving in to work when the weather is bad.
At 72 years old, with preexisting conditions, I'm not taking any chances. I stayed home since they first announced the quarantine, and only recently started going out a bit, wearing my mask wherever I go. But I made it through, thanks to Home Free and their wonderful quarantine songs, and UA-cam videos and movies. Everyone stay safe. 😷✌️
This was such a welcome surprise when Home Free released this video during quarantine. It was there first one and they treated us to some amazing music and videos during those 2 years. They were so fortunate to make it home from Europe. They were on tour. You can see where Tim's grey streak was starting to show because he couldn't go and get his hair colored. To have them put this out so soon after we were in quarantine was amazing.
It is amazing all the content they did during the Quarantine process...it was amazing work and got a lot of people through it looking forward to their next release. They did an amazing job recording in their own houses and Darren Rust bringing it all together and producing the music.

I love these guys for putting out a slew of videos they recorded separately from their homes during quarantine and raising everyone's spirit. This came out at the perfect time. I was about a year into my divorce process and had 100% custody of my kids (long story) who were stuck at home with me doing remote school while I was working fulltime remotely for a hospital trying to deal with the situation. My little sister lost her battle with cancer a few months prior in February 2020. Probably a lowest, most stressful point of my entire life. The lack of social contact was REALLY tough for me, but this video made me laugh out loud and let me know I wasn't alone. Home Free was truly a light in a very long, dark tunnel for me (I finally see light at the end too).
During quarantine the guys released a new video every 2 weeks. This is the first of many and they are all incredible. I loved your surprise to Tim's range in your video of Stay. I so glad your enjoying the guys.

They take an awful situation for all of us, and did what they could to make us feel better about it !!! Tim wrote the words in just about 20 minutes he said. This is based on an old Billy Joel song from the 80's called "Honesty". Glad you finally saw this one, and I hope your husband recovered well. By the way poor Chance is stuck in Winnepeg, Manitoba, with the "you know what" but he is recovering nicely but they continued the tour with just the 4 of them....these are concerts people paid for 2+ years ago...they couldn't cancel them again !!!

The guys and crew made figures with Chance's and then Tim's photo on top, meanwhile frantically reprogramming and rearranging the songs. Thankfully all the guys were vaccinated so no-one was in danger.

Loved your fun reaction! I hope your husband is out of the hospital! Saw this when it first came out & thought it was hilarious! We were never "quarantined" / "locked down". In our area, you would never have known anything was going on! Nobody wore masks except our doctors' offices, hair salons & cashiers at super markets. The only real change was Walmart decreased their hours from 24 to 12 hours per day. The public schools were closed for 5 months, I think. I stayed in due to health issues but better half had to work every day & they didn't have to wear masks at work!😊

We didn't quarantine in my County in Montana. The next County over did, and I worked in a Lab there. Because of my job, I was exempt from quarantine. But, it was somewhat eerie to see almost empty streets in a normally busy small city of roughly 70,000. I live in a town of 653, so streets here are always empty.
During lockdown Tim's wife Jenika was able to do what they hadn't been able to , which was to foster kittens. The one that comes out of the box also appears in Sunday Best, and so does Tim's dog Satchmo. Of course when you foster, it's to get them ready to go to forever homes, but the inevitable happened, Tim and Jenika fell in love with a pair of kittens, Lyra and Lennie, and kept them.

We all needed to laugh. My husband and I dealt with all this just fine. We never go anywhere. LOL Well I did have to food shop, and the grocery was opened, hubby works from home and has been doing that for years. I retired years ago. We had Telemed appointments and had to keep track of my BP and temperature etc. We did eventually get our first vaccinations last year, then the first booster, next week we get second booster shots. We are in our 70's. A lot of people think it's safe, but that bug is still around. I wear my mask still every time I need to go some place where there are other people gathered. Except when actually eating at a diner etc. It is what it is, and I think this will be the norm from now on. Just have to adjust and get used to it. I am upset about having to change dates for foot surgery and eye cataracts taken care of. I still have long waiting for those, so that are still on the table waiting for just the right time. Is it ever the right time? Sorry about this long comment. Just expressing that not everything is really bad, now it's just uncomfortable still for a lot of people. There was just so much unknowns from day one of the outbreak. I still think people are too quick to think it's gone and can get back to normal. Take care Samantha and your hubby too.
