Ive just bought the Clarke Raider version. Looks very similar to your SGS compressor. What i found is one of the filters was a nightmare to screw in. It kept wanting to cross thread for some reason. The other side was ok. Couldn't see anything obvious but must be a poor cut thread in the head. I managed it in the end but what a ball ache on a new machine. Great video by the way 👍
Hi mate fit motorbike cone filters, remove the entire outer bit of the filter and fit the filter over the inner bit and cut the inner bit out so there is no flow restrictions. When you do that the charge time reduces by about 20-25sec so the compressor has a lot better CFM while its charging. Oiling your filter is a bad idea if you are spray painting mate. Yeah see the bungs at front and back its not the compressor threads that strip out its the bung iteself that strips or has really poorly cut threads. I had to redo one of mine.
this must be the laziest ask for help ive ever seen. Dude "its seems dead" can mean anything from a blown fuse to dodgy wiring to leaking air constant so unable to charge.. Or doesnt make compression or runs badly. I mean for goodness sake man include at least some sort of information on it if you're the one looking for help. No wonder hes gave you the silent treatment. Wake the F up man and stay off social media till your brain repairs. No joke though dude thats pig lazy that comment.
