Frying can be about 3 inches of oil up to the pan & fry on medium high heat. Flipping until it becomes dark red. Once it’s dark red then it is cooked.

Definitely! Depending on how good your air fryer is, 350-400 F. for 10-15 mins would be good!

The seasoning is pink but it’s not raw.
