In Nepal, the issue of unemployment among the educated is becoming worse. On one side, industrialists and commercial institutions state a shortage of manpower, while on the other side, educated youth are voicing their frustrations over the inability to find jobs. Rather than qualifying individuals for the workforce, schools, and universities in Nepal are becoming factories that merely produce the unemployed. This situation arises from a disconnect between the educational system and the job market's needs. In this video, we have explained the reasons why higher education does not guarantee employment in Nepal and what is the status of Nepal's higher education on the global stage.

90% of students have no plan of what is going to come out in those your years! They blindly pay fee, give exams and complain! A student needs to have goal, vision.... Plans for learning new skills which are accepted globally.... University is huge waste of time because what we study and what corporate world demands has no practical connection!
Dear student, you're responsible for your growth cause system is deeply corrupted and slow in advancement! Learn what's happening in world currently in field of technology then university books and contents will feel more worthless!
But, books play important role, they r useful in many ways... So university needs to have active action in making teaching -learning effective!

Problem with TU is that it is big and thus slow. Only solution in my view is to create new universities which can be more lean and adaptive.
