@@Lightingwarrior I'm looking forward to it. Because there are things from his past that didn't get talked about. Like the undercover op with Jenny. How him and Callen k ew each other. The fed five stories.
@@robertnason1494 Although there are a few stories that do catch my interest about Gibbs past, the whole Jenny thing is the one I am least interested in. I think their past relationship has been covered more than enough in the original series with flashbacks and brief discussions between them over the years about it, where we got a clear picture on what happened and how it went, (where it went like a James bond movie between them) and we all know how it ends between them sadly. Personally I really hope we get to see when and how Gibbs meets and ends up with future ex-wives, especially Diane, who was the best of the three and probably the closest to Gibbs after Jenny.
So far Gibbs and the cast seem mean except the one guy. Gibbs doesn't seem like a good lead. The women seem nasty, socialpaths only able to judge based on sexual attractiveness. But I guess most people still see Gibbs from the future him.
Title means a lot it isn’t just the origin of Gibbs becoming the legendary agent he was but also the agency itself. From NIS to the iconic NCIS. And seeing Gibbs as the probie among other seasoned agents like Mike Franks?
I wonder if we will ever get to see that case when Gibbs & Pride worked together as probies , and something was mishandled by one of the senior agents.
Just watched the first two episodes..it good so good and to see Gibbs again even if just in flash backs is doing my soul good. Hope there will be many more seasons of this. ❤Can't seem to watch the old season NCIS since Gibbs left.
I'm happy to see that a prequel to the NCIS original is going to be good to see a young Gibbs and Mike franks to see their adventures before the original series even began
It’s a big deal. The Origins of the Junkyard Dog-level tenacity that was born the day that L. Jethro Gibbs was given a reason to live, after Shannon and Kelly. But not just that, because if it goes well, we’d get to see the origins of Leon Vance, Jennifer Shepard, etc. But I’d be interested on where this picks up. Will it be after he’s gone to Mexico to put a 168 grain, .308 caliber Sierra MatchKing in the head of Pedro Hernandez, I assume?
I just want to say how much I loved the first few episodes. I miss this kind of show where you see emotions at work... we're not robots. I love these emotions and passion. I miss less IT stuff also... there are no screens and high tech.
i cant lie i hope the way this whole spin off ends is just the morning of the episode yankee white, that would make it flow so well and although it probably wont happen i am also slightly hoping to see a young dinozzo or maybe have the last episode be kind of like yankee white where we see gibbs recruite dinozzo like how in yankee white kate was re cruited.
I will be kinda shocked if this new series NCIS: Origins get cancelled or ended after 1 season because the other NCIS series has more then one season like NCIS has 22 seasons which will be premiered October 14,NCIS Hawaii got cancelled or ended after 3 seasons,NCIS Los Angeles got cancelled or end after 14 seasons and NCIS New Orleans got cancelled or ended after 7 season. P.S the only NCIS i haven’t watched are NCIS,Hawaii,NCIS Los Angeles,NCIS New Orleans and NCIS Sydney which will get another season. It is just difficult to start a new series of NCIS because i have been watching the original NCIS with Gibbs on Netflix and now on paramount plus because all of the seasons are on there. So I am excited for the NCIS spinoff series with Gibbs because he is one of my favorite characters in the show of NCIS.
Ok I'm interested. If I remember correctly the show said Gibbs was very Tony like when he was younger, I wonder if they will be going that route or not, and see him slowly become the Gibbs we know as the show goes on.
Main question: When they will introduce Donald „Ducky“ Mallard? Did they really missed the chance to write him in the script? Will he appear in season 2? I always remember the scene in NCIS where Ducky and Leroy said, they thrown a french police man from a cliff, and i would so like to see it.
I bet they have separate anthology type seasons for other characters like Dinozzo when he was a cop or Ducky when he was younger in Britian working with M16 and stuff. Can see it going on for a long time if they play it right.
yes feels unfair that NCIS spinoffs keeps getting cancelled CBS is not giving NOLA, LA, HAWAII a chance fan favorite characters Sebastian, Dr. Wade, Kensi and Deeks should be given their own series but instead CBS greenlighted prequel series that has to do with character that everyone knows for the 800,000 times
nice to now the spin off finally got a trailer, but what about NCIS Season 22 and NCIS sydney season 2? Why aren't they giving the fans some promos for those to get us excited?
Do they not research when songs come out? "Black Hole Sun" was on American radio in March 1994, but the series begins in 1991. They did the same thing with That '90s Show trailers.
Nothing personal against the man portraying young Gibbs here, but wouldn't it be much, much better if they used the same man playing young agent Gibbs in the NCIS series? To my mind, it would have been much more befitting.
So the show could aslo be called NIS: NCIS origins lol (for those who don't know the NIS was the precursor organization to NCIS). The description in the video is slightly wrong, though in the video itself you can see themselves identified as NIS (not NCIS agents).
I know that a lot of people are upset because CBS Canceled or ended NCIS after 3 seasons because they watched NCIS Hawaii from the beginning when that series first premiere but I never seen that series before.
According to official history about Ducky, he joined the agency sometime in around 1980-1981 after meeting Gibbs. The odds are the medical examiner we might see is going to be Walter Magnus, who we first saw on screen in the episode recruited.
Honestly, as much as I think NCIS fell off in recent years (and as much as I found most of the spinoffs to be utter cringe), judging by the trailer, this one does seem to be taking a darker route with it's cases and characters, plus the period aspect might be cool (if it's actually utilized well and depicted authentically). It'll have absolutely 0 tension though because we know Gibbs will survive every episode.
I guess this is the closest we will ever get to having Gibbs back full time again
This amazing because after Gibbs left I stopped watching
No this is his badass return

A prequel spinoff to a show that was a spinoff of another show that has multiple spinoffs. My head is spinning.. But I like it 🙃
i thought ncis was a spjn off of j.a.g
@Mya2wavy it is. That was what I meant by spinoff of another show I was referring to JAG
dexter is getting a prequel show this year, now your head is spinning faster
@@dramagal19it isn’t a spinoff💀

Sometimes I don’t watch new series on tv because either they get cancelled or ended after just 1 season but NCIS Origins trailer looks so good.
Mike Franks casting is on point. Austin Stowell is going to take some adjusting to.
Man has a giga chad chin.
Low-key wish they got Mark Harmon's son played Gibbs in this like he did in the show proper but it still looks great
Yes! Can’t wait for NCIS Origins! 😊😊😊😊😊
Learning the origins of the rules is gonna be dope in this series
Im calling it... season finale of the entire series, will be Gibbs recruiting Dinozzo
Or Mike's retirement
If they do a time jump… at this point in Gibbs career we’d probably meet a younger ducky or pride.
DiNozzo: "Did you just physically assault me?"
Gibbs: "I don't have a lot of rules, but Rule # 5 is "You don't waste good.". You're good."
I hope not
That happens in 2001, and Origins begins in 1991, so I don't think any of Gibbs' "kids" are going to be a part of the new series.
I love that the actor of older Gibbs came back for the narration, also, was that Mike franks?
Finally get to see how Mike Franks really trained his probie....
We get to see all the old cases him and ducky talk about
I wonder if we will ever get to see that case when Gibbs & Pride worked together as probies , and something was mishandled by one of the senior agents.
I wonder if they'll do the Fed 5 story. I'd love to see who they get to play young Dwayne Pride
Fab 5

Oh my god…Can’t decide if I want to watch this or not!
I've been watching this show... But I don't think it will last.
I’m in for seeing Gibbs origin and seeing his early years as NCIS agent and grab your gear Probie
It made sense for Gibbs from the beginning.

The origin of legendary agent Gibbs!!

Dexter
Ncis
Pretty lil liars
Game of throne
I was always sceptical about that, but this got me hyped.
Been waiting a long time for someting like this!
Bring back NCIS LA and kensi !
a show set in the 90's... not around now where the world is so bad atm.. I will take it.
Are they *trying* to confuse future fans on which order to watch which NCIS?
It's basically how you watch Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul
Ncis - Origins Leroy jethro Gibbs
So they get rid of all the ncis good shows for this one really
