Scary to think how many undetonated bombs and mines there are hidden in the ground. Being in a country that was a warzone and being told by the locals that you can't go to certain areas (sadly places with really nice scenery) because there are still landmines in the ground is surreal.
@@TheStarkman123 80 years on, and there are still places in Europe and Japan (among many) where it is dangerous, if not forbidden to enter. Because of all the old bombs. Even parts of sea ports are still infested with mines. The true cost if war is never completely repaid. It still comes due. Even decades later. ✌
