The plugin is called MZ3D or MV3D depending which version of RPG Maker you are using. They are available on itch.io from a user called Cutievirus. The minimap is separate, that's called "MPP Minimap".
do you have any more examples? i would love to see more footage of the first person dungeon crawler aspect of the plugin but there is so little of it out there
Not as of yet. I took a break from RPG Maker to focus on learning to make better 3D models. As you can see from this example it's very simple and low res, want to see how far I can push the plugin.

Are you using a turn-based movement plugin for the grid movement and strafing?
I think there a small script being used to add a small pause/delay between steps. The strafing is part of MZ3D.

Is it posible to make it with the base engine or you need plugins for the movement?
You will need the MZ3D plugin. The movement is built into that.

Is this map an obj? or does the tileset have a 3d texture?
The map is map from .glb segments. They work a lot better in MZ3D than .obj.
