Thanks for posting I have the zforce 950 I run it up here in the Rocky Mountains of Canada I change the the oil and the diff fluids very often it’s a great machine! CFMOTO surprised me!
Thanks for the very detail information on preventive maintenance on CF Moto Z force.Just purchased one will be following your advise . the machine will last much longer...
Thank you for a simple maintenance video without using half the time trying to sell me a clutch kit or something else. Great job and I'm a new subscriber.
Brand new 950 owner first weekend out on the trails and back road cruising shut my machine off after about a 15 mile ride went back to start it and it would not start gave it little bit of starter fluid in the air intake and fired right up what would cause this also the next day when I went to start it and it wouldn’t start had to shoot another shot of starter fluid to fire off
I'm guessing you are not using the stock intake? I had my uni and outerwear clog enough to cause loss of power after 70 miles then again after 40 the next day when it was a bit drier and more dust. looking at particle separators and a snorkle now so I can get a full day without having to swap filters.
I have a polaris ranger 500 and use shell rottela t 6 oil for the engine . I want to get my son the cf moto trail 500 . What engine oil and diff oil are u using
Thanks! Neat machine. I have one. Great tutorial. I do have issue with CVT drive belt. It has disintegrated twice in 5000 km. Is this normal in your experience? Could something be wrong and,if so, is there a fix? Thanks again.
@@TDKRepair Thanks for your reply. But when you replaced yours, was it just preventative change of a working belt or changing of a failed belt. Because, if yours failed after 2000 miles, it would mean that my 'mean time to failure' on my cf moto belt , is normal.
more videos for the cf moto??? i wanna learn as much as i can about my z1000 (they are built very similar a part form the fact that the 1000 is not a wet clutch.)

Can you show adjusting the valves? Thank you!
More cf moto vids please!
Nice vid, learned a lot,😊all that stuff done in cf motoshop would cost about 500-750 euro.here in Finland.
Really great video. Any chance you could supply a list of the parts you're using? Oil type, grease, engine coolant, etc?
You should do a valve adjustment video
TDK Repair: Could you make a video showing us how to adjust/tighten the hand-brake? Maybe even how to change the brake pads for the handbrake?

Any type of consistent mass will work for the grease?
Are you using an impact driver or impact wrench in this video. Thanks for posting.
How do I replace my break petal switch on 16 zforce 800?

Do you have a transmission oil change video?
What kind of oil
Well done mate! I live in a desert with the heat 45c+ and lots of dust I think I’ll service it a lot more. Do you use a snorkel?
I modified the air intake so that it is taking in fresh air from the bed area rather than the from under it

I am not sure. My machine only has 2000 miles and I have replaced the belt once. I will update when it needs replaced again.

The zforce 1000 is definitely a wet clutch
@@danobonano1315 nope it’s got different gear oil and everything
ua-cam.com/video/SZ9342jRzn4/v-deo.html
I know, my 2018 has transmission oil separate from engine oil but transmission takes regular gear oil, engine oil requires oil designed for wet clutch
Be glad, 2 stage wet clutch/cvt is a great design
I got a 2020 and it’s got no power it max speed is 25 mph has no get up and go I’ve tried everything
Yup his wife saw the video of him using the kitchen sink haven’t made a video in years.
WishI had you next door
