Hey Miwa, have you maybe thought about a seasonal E-cookbook? Where there's one chapter for each season or something? I think it might be a nice addition to the others.
Oh great idea! I haven't thought of creating cookbooks, but your idea is soooo interesting! Thank you Cheru!
Thank you for referring to my asparagus question in the club. I love the way you cooked it. Tastes wonderful and is so refreshing.
Thank you for asking in the club! Your daily post has been sooo inspiring to all of us!
Wow it's amazing madam
Thanks!! I want to start cooking like this!!
I'm so happy to hear it Jaye! Feel free to explore my recipes❤️www.shinagawa-japanese-cooking.com/blog
😋🤤 love Japanese cuisine & culture wished there were more around here
I'm so glad to hear this! You can make it by yourself! 😆❤
I always feel inspired after watching your videos. I just went into the kitchen and chopped vegetables for my breakfast soup. Thank you Miwa!
everything looks very delicious, especially the nibitashi ^^
and not food related, you looked so radiant in this video, as if you'd glow from the inside c:
You are so kind! Thank you Ira ! I didn't do anything special, so I guess it's the way I eat. It energizes me a lot!
Just new to your channel because I’m looking for hotpot recipe, I was mesmerized 😊 your recipes & presentation is superb!! Keep it up ❤❤❤❤❤
I absolutely love what you have created for you and your children! I am so inspired. My only concern is that due to dietary requirements are most of the ingredients ok to have for example miso, sugar, soy sauce etc.
Amazing job :) motivating me to learn more about my heritage ❤
This look amazing
Wow It's amazing 👏
Thank you so much❤
Lovely meal thank you 👍💐

I'm always happy when fresh corn is in season again. I love eating asparagus grilled or blanched with an egg yolk sauce. I do put the tofu in the microwave as it is quicker to prepare, but I like it more if I slowly press the water out with a chopping board or something. I think the texture of the tofu is better that way. Still usually microwave it is hahaha.
The tofu looks so tatsty! I think my daughter will love it with just a little bit less sauce. She doesn't have a problem with tofu, it's one of her favourite even but hates sauces.
Love from India
Thanks for the great idea of cooking vegs in dashi broth don't know why i didn't think of that. Anyways what a wonderful meal you made and such lucky kids to come home to that! Goshosama.🙂
Thank you so much Gina! If you like the taste of dashi, you are gonna love this one! arigato-!
thankyou Miwa ✨
Thank you Shivi as always!
Super super
beautiful thank you
Thank you Melissa! I hope you are doing well^^
I never thought of leaving the husk on the corn. Typically, I take all of the husk off and steam it. I'm going to try the way you did it to see if the flavor is different.
I feel like it retains the taste better☺️❤️
I tried natto again after your suggestion to try not stirring it, and success! I've had it 3x now, and am starting to crave it for some reason. Thank you for the suggestion!
That's great to hear !! Welcome to the world of natto! haha
@@MiwasJapaneseCookingThank you! 😆I need to buy some more tomorrow...
Fron nepal
Nice veg recipe ❤❤
If you freeze the tofu overnight, it is nicer. learned from a vegan chef.. also torn gives a nice texture if you are doing it in a sauce.
ohhhhhh nooooo i forgot about the meeting today!!!! UGH >_< Gomen nasai. I'm going to go to the store to get some healthy greens, fruits, and other stuff. Hope you are doing great Miwa-san!
I don’t know why I never thought to try a curry mayo! I have some tofu in my fridge right now so I’ll put it on my dinner rotation this week! 😊
That soup looks absolutely delicious 😋 I’m always finding new & creative ways to cook vegetables through your channel. Thank you Miwa-san!
