I realized that my overthinking was a response to anxiety over issues with security and safety. It's like an autopilot response for many of us. The book 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels is cool, helps me to slow down, as well as ancient texts like the Tao Te Ching. Overthinking makes life go too fast. It's better to slow down imo.

can you help me and tell me what to do I have been sick for a week and I take medicien and I guargualed salt water but I still have a nasty hard cough that wont go away and its like theres stuff in my throat and its been really annoying.
I am going to start working on these points from today, I will come back after 21 days on 17 Feb. to share its effect on me.
