I'm 47 and realised ive spent the last 47 years going in the wrong direction, now i have to turn around, track back to the beginning, and start again.
You’re lucky to have UA-cam at your age. I had and still have dreams of living off of my creativity and while I did spend a lot of time on education and corporate life, I learned a lot from that too. We all have different paths but it is NEVER too late to be who you were meant to be!

The whole Manga is about developing an EGO.
To summarize the message, knowing what you want and pursuing it to the fullest is the foundation of your ego.

I have to agree with you so much. I have been wanting to have a successful channel since 2016 and to date only 11 eleven videos. Two of them were within the last week because all of a sudden I am super excited about faceless videos and even though they are horrible I still post them and decide to learn as much as I can to get it right, I can feel this so much in my bones no turning back now. I had that video (on a super small scale) pop off experience. It was the video I put the most effort and money into ever in my life. I built a literal cabin and it costs me thousands plus a huge amount of physical effort. It took my channel from almost nothing to a little above nothing and to be honest I'm grateful for the experience but it also sent me down a rabbit hole of "is this what I have to do to make it." I've been sort of stuck in this weird in between phase of wanting to share my interests, but how do I appeal to everyone that's interested in what I've done. I dunno man...this is a tough and strange journey, but I think that is the reason we are drawn to it. It's definitely not boring. Thank you for your last few videos. I feel like I'm listening to myself from the future.

I just love your thoughts, they make me motivated, and I just wanna go and do it. I even clicked my first UA-cam Video a week ago, I was so sceared, I was thinking did I need to do it or no. But in my mind there was no. I knew that there is no other option and I should definitely do it. This is the thing for which I would regret if I didn't start it. Now I am editing my video and will post it, but again I am scared, but anyway I will do it, it doesn't matter how scared I am. and your videos are giving me hope that I will rock it, it would be hard, complicated, but I will do it, there is no other choice, big thank you🥰🥰🥰

I don't know how you managed, but I always get into this state where I sabotage myself and my ideas by... not doing them. It's like I'm an expert in procrastinating myself. I wish I knew how to get out of this and to just f**k the corporation crap that takes out all the energy. I have so much content waiting to be created... but the daily work and routine are just... draining my power.
I totally appreciate you and the fact that you have managed to remove this from your life... and as you have said.. Do it just for yourself.

My dream is to create content freely and live the life I've always wanted. I started with UA-cam, and my first video literally blew up, bringing me almost 3,000 subscribers from just one video. But I couldn't sustain it. I was spending a month creating a video, and since I live alone, I need to pay my bills and couldn't monetize what I was creating, so I stopped. I quit my job and started a motion design agency, but despite some success, my goal has always been to be a content creator. I don't enjoy working with clients, cold emailing, selling, or anything related to it. My inner dream has always been to create content, and I hope that one day I can achieve it.

Imagine growing up always having to answer other's expectations.
They always expect you to be good because they saw some potential in you.
All your value come from your potential and without it you are worthless.
In this case the person would want to run away from what other people want them to do just so they can feel a sense of self respect.
