i’ve wondered that before about kids in horror movies. psychologically is it safe for them to star in these kinds of roles? i’m sure they have professionals talking to them through the whole thing. that said, this kid is fantastic. he was amazing in ‘it’. if i were his parents i would not let him do it. it would be unbearable to see your son get his arm bit off, turn into a kind of zombie, get shot in the face, etc etc. props to him and his family for being able to take on these kinds of roles.

Great film!! But the part that really annoyed me was in the hypnotic regression session... anyone else would have a camera or a tape recorder going, in fact, every movie scene I've ever seen of hypnotic regression was being recorded!! Other than that... very watchable! 😀
Yeah, that annoyed me, too. The guy knew the man inside Miles was dangerous, so recording the interaction with a hidden camera would've been a smart and cautious idea.
Also didn't make sense to me how, during the regression, Miles was present, but apparent had been gone since the night before.

Not gonna lie, I watched it when it first came out in the theatre and it was one of the best (and creepiest) horror-thriller movie I've ever watched! Jackson Robert Scott is truly an amazing actor, even though he's just a kid. His acting is very convincing in all of the movies he's starred in. Please watch his new show Locke And Key, he's one of the main characters in that as well.
