@@garrhettroebuck8402 they are pretty good if you sit back and shoot for a bit. But we are pretty aggressive, so in most fights it will probably shoot one or two times before everything is in combat so I much rather have cav so I can get into their artillery and archers instead.
@@lazygrouse On the other hand, aggressive armies love for the enemy to move first. So, an "initiative sink" as a second unit purchase in one shop at just 150 is useful, and its ability to shoot a bit is just a bonus. Granted, a combo of Putrid Stench+Hex of Ruin on offer as an alternative gives a lot to think about. But getting a perfect roll for a shop and deciding, "Nah, I'll save money", just feels... weird. Or you can just say that the offerings are too good and you're in it for a challenge and carry on =)
@@Temeluchas They are great for the early turns, but I rather have more fighting things. I can always send up the boys or our honorary greenskins as bait and initiative bait. In a normal run I would probably buy both, I just really wanted to have enough money in case we got the mount and pig cav in the second shop. Plus I would have bought the hex of ruin, but I kinda just missed it. The putrid stench though is amazing, but expensive so I'll get that later since it is guaranteed in the next shops as well and the troll will be fine without it.
@@sambojinbojin-sam6550 pretty sick it seems. Watching me miss the hex when I was editing was pretty painful though. But it was a bad shop because I wanted the mount and pig cav, anything else was bad (it was a pretty good shop if I wasn't looking for something specific).
@@oliverpedersen6818 Yeah, watching me miss the hex when I was editing was pretty painful. I'm blaming my sickness on that one, I definitely never miss things otherwise because I'm easily distracted. :p
I'll do some challenge runs soon, but today I wanted to smash things with big dumb things, and get giant spiders to ride on so that is what we're doing. :)
Poor sweet hex of ruin. You were missed. In more ways than one
Yeah, it could have been nice. But I was too focused on the wolf cav.
“Oh- oh Mr.Dwarf sir” 😳
Hahaha, love it
23:44 Surprisingly fast (for a Dwarf)
Haha, they were definitely surprisingly fast for a dwarf.
Goblin Shaman + Trolls is just busted and i love it.
Getting the primal fury on them is pretty dang nice.
Man I was hurt to see the Wolf Riders picked over the Catapult. I am just biased in my love of stone throwers tho.

20:00 Cav units, Hex, awesome banners and unit upgrades. Such a hated shop.
Man, how sick are you?

It hurt to see that hex of ruin be missed, but the warning let me at least process and accept the loss :(

I see you found the challenge runs aren't challenging enough 😂

Ewwww spiders.
