I happened to see the computer screen on one of the female office workers, it was a shopping website with pictures of shoes and clothes, they could afford to get rid of half the staff and increase productivity and compete with proper mechanics, haven't been back there since ,hope they go broke.

Who decides the pay? The HR department. Who dominates the HR? It is women. And why this way? How many women do you see at late working hours, early working hours, frequent travel? Negligible. Dangerous locations, risky or life threatening jobs, under the sea, on top of skyscrapers? Almost none. Men do these jobs, and those who do it, deserve some kind of compensation for that.
