Oh how familiar this site is of tomato’s cooking in the pot! Growing up we canned our own tomato products and today I continue this fun but tiring task. The results are priceless! Most of my jars belonged to my mother and are over 50 years old but still going strong, knock on wood! These are the Ball and Kerr mason jars that came with us from the states. We also use conventional European jars but I do not like the lids they use here. Now there is an Italian company producing canning jars that have the same screw style as th3 American jars, love these but hard to find in Greece.
I like that you have to drink the beer before you put the pomodoro!😂😂😂😂😂
