What a lovely bright apartment. Love the sitting bathtub! The only downside is the pigeon and his poop on one balcony. I'm wondering now if that is why you sometimes see netting put up over a balcony - to stop the pigeons? Maybe for a year or two - as looking at the opposite balconies in your video no-one else seemed to have pigeon issue.
Hi, yes that's the reason for the netting It is not uncommon for pigeons to settle in a place that hasn't been lived in, but there are deterrents for that
Great buy. On Wed Street close to ocean. Apartment I very nice and move in ready with very nice furniture. Only thing missing for me is a shower. The bathroom does have a nice window for ventilation. This apartment is one of the best I have seen and a good price. It is not in the area I prefer but great location for those that live in Europe. They can drive there. Just love this apartment. I would not do a thing to it. Looking forward to your Euro homes. It might be better to just buy a cheap place that already has plumbing. Plumbing can get complicated and expensive if you are not a plumber and have to pay someone but it is going to be a lot of fun to watch these Euro homes even if you do not have the skills to fix them up. Paying someone is $$$$.
It's great and tremendous, especially for the ridiculous and unjustly low price. But the only problem is "Molise doesn't exist." You know right? Sorry, I just had to be funny. But Seriously, it's very nice and beyond worth the money. Keep up the great job!
Are any of the small places that you feature, rentable while they are trying to sell the home? Possibly rent this home for a few months and bring in income instead of it just sitting empty till it sells.
Very good for airbnb (55 to 75 euros a day). Not for us we are too old. You can rent, if you searching for the perfect house, an apt for 300 to 400 euros mese for one year and look around. Thanks guys. Love you.
Hi, the issue can be to find a medium term apartment/home for rent. Besides short term things like Airbnb and such services, in Italy leases tend to be very long, even over 3 years. One problem medium term renters have particularly when they're in popular holiday destinations is that the price of their lease increases during the summer. So all things need to be considered.
That's a lot for the money! I'm looking for a place for myself whereby I can stay for 3 months a year and then rent it on a short term basis like on AirBNB.
A lovely apartment.. ready to go now and easy to add a few personal touches! Everything you need is there.
Totally!
It would be perfect for a holiday getaway. I love it ❤
Love this one! I would update/rearrange a few things. I don’t want to redo a whole house. I want to enjoy being in Italy.
Nice apartment!
Glad you like it!
Very nice🎉🎉🎉
great starter apartment for a single person like me.
Nice but too many stairs for me! I presently live on a fourth floor and at 80 years old I want this on the ground floor! 🤣😂
👍

👍 So many moving pieces to be able to get the next episode going but hopefully we can make it happen soon ☀️
I turn that small area in kitchen into a laundry room 😊
👍
Nice apartment for young legs. Climbing 3 flights of steps every day twice a day would be too much for me since I am a senior citizen.
Perfect for this old lady, and my chihuahua ❤. I’m curious, what were the dark wood things on the wall in the entry? Thanks
Coat hangers

One thing they could do with the balcony’s would be tear out the small balcony doors and put in sliding glass patio doors. More light in for sure.
👍

Are there condo fees and how much are taxes, please?
Hi there's no condo fees.
We have been informed that currently the yearly taxes are €100

This one might be a good one since there's very little to be done and Guglionesi is close to the beach. Plus it would be super low maintenance
If only our mother in law would pass away, we would love this place.
Hi i am in need off a house but i have 2 dogs
