thank you for the VIdeo..you have no idea how useful it is.. i was going to buy a used "2006 Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class." but Noooo..i won't.. i like to do my oil changes myself but nope .. ain;t gonna happen..they can keep their merx junk on the lot..
Just got through giving my wives Benz CLK 350 oil change plus filter O rings RTV sealant on the pan because it needed it was leaking. Put in 8 1/2 quarts European formula Motor engine oil and the damn thing keeps calling for oil service I’ve been a mechanic for 17 years never seen nothing like this I’m going to drain the oil out and start over plus I got a new drain plug with crush washer I just don’t understand what’s going on with these European cars do you have any advice thank you by the way love your videos I share them with friends and family👍💯
The advice is it’s probably some debris in the oil. Possibly from not being changed properly in the past. Do a few back-to-back oil changes. See whether it’s dirty. And by the way THANK YOU for your support and kind words. ✨
Thank you for the video!! I want to change my differential fluid on my 08 clk 350 but not sure where to place the jack at towards the rear of the car. Do you know where a proper spot is located? Thank you!!
I just subscribed my roommate just bought one amg trim package. So I wanted to see how “hard” a simple oil change on one would be as I have never turned a wrench on a benz. Unfortunately I will be his mechanic….
