It's clear, this is a changed doctrine. It's not Vegan vs Plant Based. It's really Vegetarian vs Vegan
😂😂😂😂😂
I'm indian so we have been vegetarians for thousands of years, we're healthy it doesn't make any sense to not drink milk or milk products, we don't eat eggs, the cows are usually found in our household and are considered to be the manifestation of the God of wealth because we are an agrarian society it brings income, vegan diets don't have vitamin b12 which is not found in plants, which is unhealthy for you and can impact your health very badly, if you want to stop eating meat just drink milk, yogurt, cottage cheese and cheese, you won't miss a thing and you'll be healthy, remember every animal has a right to live on this earth as much as you do
Rightttish
Vegetarian diet is cruel to animals if you don't care about animals then go on your merry little way.
Why do so many meat eaters have b12 deficiencies then?
@Magalis Santiago what an ignorant reply farming in India has been done ecologically without harm to any life for centuries, we don't live the white man's way, we feed even the ants don't lecture us on Animal life
@@magalissantiago2817bitch just stop
Vegan - doesn’t eat meat or any animal products
Vegetarian - doesn’t eat meat (still eats animals products)
Both diets are basically the same thing, I don't know why so many people try to make it confusing
@@mitchellmiller3176 no they are very different, vegetarians can pretty much eat everything apart from actual meat. Vegans have to avoid a lot of ordinary foods because they contain butter or eggs etc.
@@Rayan-qy8mg so the only difference is vegetarians just don't eat actual meat in itself correct
@@mitchellmiller3176 Yes exactly, they can still eat eggs, milk, cheese and everything else. (Pescatarians can also eat fish/seafood)
@@Rayan-qy8mg well that is different but not by a whole lot, only like a 10% difference
I see no point in using no animal products, like honey, milk, etc.
1 like süper my friend wunderful good
Gosh thought a plant based diet was vegan ish totally meat cheese fish free etc but more slack when it comes to clothes etc!
No, vegans don't eat or wear anything that comes from animals period.
Gosh dang it bruh
People been eating leather and wool without me? Suckers ain't tell me it was socially acceptable, I had to hide that crap
Now i see plant activist screaming 😂...,.just stay normal my fellow humans🙏
You say: "A vegan diet, on the other hand, is one that excludes all animal products, including honey, leather, and wool." But leather and wool are not food for humans, so how can they be in any person's diet?
I was vegetarian. But i learn to eat chicken meat
Llarap beach
Go away
Egg is non veg 90%😢
You lost me at honey. I'm not giving that up. I'll just try being vegetarian.
All the information I've heard about both diets it basically boils down to one simple answer, they're the same thing just labeled different
did u finish the video

Looks like someone put cannabis in your wings bruh
It's not, vegans don't eat dairy products but vegetarians do.
