I'm 32 now, almost 33, and it feels like yesterday I was 14 and in highschool wishing I was older. Now I wish more than anything I could just relive some of those times from then. Believe me when I say it is a good investment in time and effort to contact those people in the past, even those you felt were not your close friends because those memories becomes more valuable as the decades go by.

I'm almost 50 now, and I can testify this is one of those timeless songs. I encourage you to go farther back. There are many timeless classics dating back to even before I was born. There are many great songs throughout the decades that can speak to every generation. I even find myself enjoying some of the new material that comes out.

I'm a huge Nickelback fan also, and i read something a little while ago addressing the hate for them, it was something to do with how they are too 'generic' and they don't produce anything 'outside of the ordinary' instead they just consistently produce the same stuff, which is bullshit because they have a variety of different types of songs, either way, the hate is not justified, and sure every artist/group has its haters, but a lot of Nickelback hate is a bandwagon that people join because they are brainwashed by idiots on the internet.
I took my boyfriend to see Nickelback in Wheatland, Ca. I bought the tickets and the seats was a lot of walking distance and they ended up giving us seats that were a lot closer than what I had paid for and it was a great concert! I would go back to see them again!

I love Nickelback but I can see why people hate them, they have 2 main music styles (with a few exceptions), hard rock and ballad. The hard rock one are usually about sex or stuff like that (Something in Your Mouth, Everything I Wanna Do, S.E.X., Midnight Queen, Bottoms Up, etc.) a d the ballads (Far Away, Savin' Me, Lullaby, I'd Come For You, Satellite, Trying Not to Love You, etc.). And if you listen to them back to back, you can here that they all are quite similar. That's a big reason people hate Nickelback.

Yeah! First time I heard 'Believe it or Not' song, and the news how people hate this band, so I didn't listen to them. Recently Nickelback showed on my timeline and clicked on 'How You Remind Me', and I thought it's not that bad. Browsed other their songs, and I didn't know why I listened to people.
Its because he got arrogant and badmouthed bands like slipknot and talked crap about other bands fans which as it turns out were nickelback fans too. And so everyone boycotted them.

I took my boyfriend to see Nickelback in Wheatland, Ca. I bought the tickets and the seats was a lot of walking distance and they ended up giving us seats that were a lot closer than what I had paid for and it was a great concert! I would go back to see them again!

Damn, i listen to this song every once in a while and it brings back such beautiful memories of when i was younger.
Today, i was walking with my 3 good old friends by the neighborhood we used to live. Things changed a lot, some people moved, other died and the house where i lived was demolished. That tree house we built in my backyard, games we used to play and stuff, hanging out at night 'till very late.
Nostalgia kicks hard everytime i go to that place. We had such a great time, i will never forget.

I love Nickelback but I can see why people hate them, they have 2 main music styles (with a few exceptions), hard rock and ballad. The hard rock one are usually about sex or stuff like that (Something in Your Mouth, Everything I Wanna Do, S.E.X., Midnight Queen, Bottoms Up, etc.) a d the ballads (Far Away, Savin' Me, Lullaby, I'd Come For You, Satellite, Trying Not to Love You, etc.). And if you listen to them back to back, you can here that they all are quite similar. That's a big reason people hate Nickelback.

+Chris Bullock theres one difference. acdc plays pure rock n roll and nickelback plays some kind of post grunge in a poppy way. but their songs are very similar, i have to admit that. btw acdc is my favourite band.

Yeah! First time I heard 'Believe it or Not' song, and the news how people hate this band, so I didn't listen to them. All the songs sound the same, don't really innovate in the genre they play in. Suppose you could say they are a metaphor for what records labels are "Hey you had this one hit?
