The room is made of cedar which is naturally resistant to any regular moisture from the air anyways, and if you are ever in doubt after a use just leave the door open to ventilate... it would be just releasing heat to the rest of your house and not steam. It's a DRY sauna. It's like sitting in an oven. I lived in a house with an unventilated dry sauna exactly like hers for 10 years with no problems.
I love what she did. There are a lot of small towns with abandoned buildings. Surprised someone who works from home haven't done this with housing crisis going on.
Keep in mind that she has old bills which are worth a lot. So not a bad investment. I like how she used her creativity to decorate the bank to her taste. But everyone here has different taste. I would of done something different of course.

They are impressive buildings as they were designed to last,are secure and have a high quality of workmanship and attention to detail.My Dad was a Bank Manager and we lived upstairs over a Bank for years.Great place to play as a kid.
