Assuming you have a tablet I recommend a friendly free program like krita. Free editing program that's easy to work with is GIMP. If you dont have a tablet I recommend a wacom bamboo cth. They are cheaper and efficient! Long lasting too. Had mine for 5 years now. After all that watch a bunch of basic videos on krita and most of all, just practice doodling in it. Doesnt gotta be full art pieces. We're just practicing and learning. Good luck and thanks for the bday wishes~

I'm not gonna lie when I first heard about WarRocks.... I thought about and Amazoness combo deck. If I can get my YGO pro working again I have ideas for a build
I shall leave a like on this comment to remember you by when Delilah kills you. But seriously, if they insist on adding more support for War Rocks, they had better give them the Athletes treatment, though much quicker. Maybe they could get their own version of Onslaught? Or maybe something like War Rock Training Dummy, a monster with low (possibly 0) ATK that can summon itself to the opponent’s field once another monster battles?
Another good card that you can use for Swordswoman is Pianissimo. Reduced Swordswoman's ATK to 100 and she cannot be destroyed by Battle or Card Effect. Combine this with Amazoness Call and if the opponent has a full board or a big monster they are very rarely surviving that turn.
I built an amazoness war rock hybrid deck and it is a very fun deck to play against other casual strategies. War rock really does help with the battle oriented play style of amazoness.
Been messing around with this deck in Duelist Revolution... but my win condition is usually: Spam the field with Amazoness Princess (1st get Queen, then Baby Tiger, then Sage, then Tiger, then Sage again), and Run Over everything with Tiger (if you get a Empress on board with the Field Spell, Tiger maxes at 3700 ATK with Piercing).
So...would it be a fair comparison to say that War Rocks are like the Laruba tribe while Amazoness is the Ioka tribe? The Laruba tribe is looked down on by the superior Ioka tribe for their tactics and decisions, but just maybe, if given the right tools and motivation, they could possibly hold their own and prosper. Note: This is coming from someone who has not played the game but is a fan of Chrono Trigger: The Musical, so please forgive me for any inaccuracies.
I love this archetype. One of my favorites. It's fun to both play with and against. They got support recently. Most of it was good tho it could've been better.
you did forget the new supports cards PENDULUM Scale 1 Amazoness Golden whip Master and Scale 7 silver sword master which increases all amazoness Attack points by 100x there lelvel while golden whip can destroy any spell or traps on the field and silver can let you get back any amazoness spell or trap from the graveyard
I'm currently constructing a speed duel deck, my first deck since I've returned to the game, with this archetype and it's been a blast. Even with the limited selection for the format it still seems good without being broken... though I have no idea how Swords Woman isn't limited to 1 (if I'm wrong please tell me). Also added in some support like Command Knight and D.D. Warrior Lady. Hence my title for the deck "Buff & Blonde"...
Worth noting about Amazoness Tiger is it's original attack is often lower than it's competition, which is where Spellcaster comes in. Say you have a 2,300 attack tiger and your enemy has 3,000? Hahahaha, suddenly they have 1,100 attack and your tiger has a whooping 4,200 attack! Lots of fun.
Just a fun fact. Amazoness Village trigger off of Amazoness Shamanism. So if you have a monster that you nuked with it. Village will trigger giving you a summon from the deck and one from the grave, basically turning one monster into two. Is that worth it? Maybe. Depends on what you are bringing out.

Actually, maybe a good equip combo with that would be Double-Edged Sword and Twin Swords - Tryce. Not only would Swordswoman be able to attack twice, but it would also lower her ATK, thus allowing her to reflect even more damage! And even if she doesn’t have battle protection to get off the second attack, the damage output against a 3000 ATK monster like Dogoran would be 2000*2 + 2000*2 = 8000!

Hey, uh kinda new to your channel, love what I've been seeing and been binge watching all your explained videos. But can anybody tell me why Delilah hates war rock? Have yet to find that answer lol.
Yeah! So, War Rocks suffer from a comparison issue. TCG Exclusive archetypes tend to be Powerful, Unique or Both, and War Rocks don't really live up to any of those. So a lot of people (admittedly, myself included) feel like there was a lot of wasted potential, and this archetype was really lame pack filler. Now, it's PERSONAL for Delilah, because she's been asking for Amazoness support for years now, and there was lot of hype with initial spoiler images, but then it not only ended up being an entirely new archetype, but because it supported EARTH Warriors in general, it was kind of like they were trying to supplant Amazoness (even though TECHNICALLY these cards make great support for them). Hope that clears up the confusion!
So long story short, War Rocks were unfortunately the reminder that we were lied to, and it's personal for her because "Amazoness was teased and denied support........for this CORN SHIT?!???" 😂😂

Hey golden nova, I've been wondering about your lore vids on the Dogmatika, tri-brigade, and stigmata series, are you and/or rogue theory going to redo your lore vids on them since there aren't done yet, I just don't see why make lore vids now so early
I can't speak for Rogue Theory, but my plans on how to handle lore moving forward aren't set in stone. Currently, I like sticking with my plan of talking about it as important info is brought up, and that's for a number of reasons. Personally, I find it fun to catalog what we know and speculate on what MIGHT happen based on what we know and see, and that can only really be done before we know the whole story. Professionally, new releases have a limited time for when they're relevant, so we want to talk about stuff like this as soon as possible while the iron is still hot. And talking about it before we know everything technically means we can make more content out of follow ups when more lore info is dropped. Talk about what we got right, what we got wrong, and just update the story in general. I hope this helped answer your questions, but let me know if you have anymore, I'll do my best to answer!
@@GoldenNovaYugioh Okay GoldenNova, well if that's all the case then, may I suggest Gizmeks, if your going to talk about them then how about talking about how "Dragonoid Generator" can give tribute fodder for the high level monsters if you don't want to or can't fulfill the requirements, and helps speed up the Field Spell's lock down effect, since it doesn't specify who summons the monsters, it doesn't say except tokens, and it doesn't matter who's field the monsters are Summoned to.

You can count on some Despian Lore, likely as part of the Explained Video! Should be up after Dawn Of Majesty gets it's full list revealed! As for Eldlich, I think the new Lore book had a section on them. Once it's been translated, I'm DEFINETLY gonna make something with that!
I know Delilah was disappointed, because we already had a Tribal themed deck that was based around combat, so instead of using this support to add to the Amazoness cast of characters, they just made a whole new archetype that TECHNICALLY supports them, but doesn't really incentivize people to play Amazoness. And personally, I like it when TCG Exclusives are either super powerful or very interesting, and War Rocks don't really feel like either. Big Beats is something any competent deck can do nowadays, and War Rock doesn't even do it better than current meta decks anyway, so it feels like card design space that was HIGHLY underutilized.
Oh that sucks. I just didn't know, I'm getting into the game for the first time and I'm loving all the archetypes, I just don't know what makes for a good one yet, haha.

You can make a fun amazoness deck in goat format and run ojama trios to force the ojama tokens to attack tiger or paladin when using amazoness archers
I always thought Lady Assailant of Flames looks alot like an Amazoness, very simillar art style with Archer

Hello! So, I make it a point to use gender neutral language in my videos, as I've found it lets people know that this is an inclusive space.
Now, the Amazoness are very much presented as female, I can't deny that. But I felt it was even more important to hold to my policy on this, as how one presents doesn't necessarily reflect how they identify.

Hey, uh kinda new to your channel, love what I've been seeing and been binge watching all your explained videos. But can anybody tell me why Delilah hates war rock? Have yet to find that answer lol.
Yeah! So, War Rocks suffer from a comparison issue. TCG Exclusive archetypes tend to be Powerful, Unique or Both, and War Rocks don't really live up to any of those. So a lot of people (admittedly, myself included) feel like there was a lot of wasted potential, and this archetype was really lame pack filler.
Now, it's PERSONAL for Delilah, because she's been asking for Amazoness support for years now, and there was lot of hype with initial spoiler images, but then it not only ended up being an entirely new archetype, but because it supported EARTH Warriors in general, it was kind of like they were trying to supplant Amazoness (even though TECHNICALLY these cards make great support for them).
Hope that clears up the confusion!
So long story short, War Rocks were unfortunately the reminder that we were lied to, and it's personal for her because "Amazoness was teased and denied support........for this CORN SHIT?!???" 😂😂

Hey golden nova, I've been wondering about your lore vids on the Dogmatika, tri-brigade, and stigmata series, are you and/or rogue theory going to redo your lore vids on them since there aren't done yet, I just don't see why make lore vids now so early
I can't speak for Rogue Theory, but my plans on how to handle lore moving forward aren't set in stone.
Currently, I like sticking with my plan of talking about it as important info is brought up, and that's for a number of reasons.
Personally, I find it fun to catalog what we know and speculate on what MIGHT happen based on what we know and see, and that can only really be done before we know the whole story.
Professionally, new releases have a limited time for when they're relevant, so we want to talk about stuff like this as soon as possible while the iron is still hot. And talking about it before we know everything technically means we can make more content out of follow ups when more lore info is dropped. Talk about what we got right, what we got wrong, and just update the story in general.

@@GoldenNovaYugioh Okay GoldenNova, well if that's all the case then, may I suggest Gizmeks, if your going to talk about them then how about talking about how "Dragonoid Generator" can give tribute fodder for the high level monsters if you don't want to or can't fulfill the requirements, and helps speed up the Field Spell's lock down effect, since it doesn't specify who summons the monsters, it doesn't say except tokens, and it doesn't matter who's field the monsters are Summoned to.

As for Eldlich, I think the new Lore book had a section on them. Once it's been translated, I'm DEFINETLY gonna make something with that!

Why the War Rock hate?
I know Delilah was disappointed, because we already had a Tribal themed deck that was based around combat, so instead of using this support to add to the Amazoness cast of characters, they just made a whole new archetype that TECHNICALLY supports them, but doesn't really incentivize people to play Amazoness.
And personally, I like it when TCG Exclusives are either super powerful or very interesting, and War Rocks don't really feel like either. Big Beats is something any competent deck can do nowadays, and War Rock doesn't even do it better than current meta decks anyway, so it feels like card design space that was HIGHLY underutilized.
Oh that sucks. I just didn't know, I'm getting into the game for the first time and I'm loving all the archetypes, I just don't know what makes for a good one yet, haha.
