That tank is huge! I haven't gotten mine stock to running dry yet but I just got my bike at the end of summer and haven't gone on any really long trips.
+osimnod yea, still sorting that out...I'll try that, or use the coyote bag and dry bag combo. Or just coyote and pack light. The neat thing is Giant Loop products are so modular, easy to mix and match.
+blancolirio GL seems to have a nice system of interacting bags. Have you looked at Green Chili Adventure Gear? eveRide has done a nice review of their system which appears to allow you to chose other brands of bags to integrate for your needs and style.
You mentioned you had a coyote tag but now you want for the smaller one why is that? Curious because I have the same bike in the same issues and I’ve never been able to carry anything so I was looking for some advice to which bag would be better. Just need something to carry things like lunch to work or tools/water for day rides.
Juan - nice vid and humangear GoBites Uno utensil (don't call it a spork - ha!). I've liked my Mojavi bag for a while now. I tried a tank bag but the snacks ended up smelling like gasoline. But, it was handy for a cell phone, odds and ends, and a *map*! Where do you put your paper map for the Tour of Idaho how now? I'll have to show you my Big Boy 2000 Silky Saw - cuts trees like butter, and fits in the Mojavi. EXCF FTW!
+Chris Miksovsky Thanks Chris! gotta get a silky saw. www.humangear.com/ Chris here is the CEO of this fast moving company, and builds the GoBites Uno seen in the video!
Do you still run these on your bike? I'm looking at these and the Wolfman version for my 500 exc-f. Would like to hear a long term review on them and if you still like them? On another note, after watching you and your friends ride Chimney Rock my brother-in-law and I rode it last weekend. Hats off to you sir, you made that look easy and smooth. Some of those monster drop offs really made me pucker! It was worth it, awesome ride with incredible views! Keep those videos coming!
Thats a nice setup. I needed this on my KTM520 EXC with plate. Its to bad i sold it. Now I'm going to have to buy one. Do you have to run 2 rim locks on the 350 EXC-F? I had to run 2 on my bike because it has so much power is would spin the tire on the rim and break the valve stem on the tube.
Growing Up Garden no need to spin your wheels like that out on the trails. I run NO rim locks. Conserve your energy by riding smoother, ride longer, and preserve the trails. Especially so for multiple consecutive days of adventuring.
Running no rim locks must be nice for changing out tires. Usually I would spin the tire on rim going up steep rocky hills. I need to go on some long multiple day rides. Sounds like fun. Last time I went riding was at Stonyford OHV Park. Have you been up there? We like to camp there. Thanks for all the great spillway updates.
definitely bike looks better with mojavi then with coyote bag, which is kinda big. BTW, what kinda blinkers do you have on this bike? looking for something like that for my 500 exc.
yea, I'm lazy in that regard...it originally was my wife Jeni's channel and I started uploading here years ago and never changed it...She's from Spain.

Great Video-I'm planning a Baja trip and am going to get one.
+shane shane Perfect for Baja! Thanks.
Find the Bill Nichols singletrack down there...awesome...ua-cam.com/video/7DRVt548Sas/v-deo.html
love my Mojavi saddle bag system on my wr450f.
Looks a great piece of kit Juan, now the deciding factor is what bike works best, but I think I know the answer to that. LOL
+IRISHROVER So many to choose from!
Nice set-up and a relief for your back. Would you combine that with the larger GL dry duffel bags when going on a longer off-road trip?

Nice. I'm going to be getting one of these on my husky 501 since there is a great black friday sale. Did you do the end music...nice acoustic piece.

Where did you get the nice tidy rear light assembly?

stock in front, and inexpensive flush mount from the local dealer on the rear. Coyote is the way to go if camping.
is there a story behind your UA-cam moniker?

Always great vids and reviews! Appreciate you sharing your gear...What part of nor-cal are you in?
Nevada County - Nevada City.
Very nice! Where did you buy these from?
www.giantloopmoto.com
Thanks!
Mine Didn't come with the removable tool bag, whats up with that?
I think GL is dropping the tool bag option and lowering the price.
Gr8 I just ordered this hope it's worth it!
Nice, thanks.
How many Gallon is your tank and whats ur range ?
5.3 gallons at 60 mpg gives me 300 miles with 2 to 3 tenths left...
