I run with 150 pound duffel bag, before that I could barely walk a few steps, now I do over a mile. My neighbor thought I was jogging with 40 pounds. He laughed until he tried to pick it up. My wife, my brothers their wives said I was unrealistic and lack common sense. Now they want me train them, even a cop. Don't give yourself limitation.

I love/need motivation like this. The harsh reality of life. Currently homeless u can say at 22 years old. Bouncing couch to couch . Slept outside the other day for the first time didn’t like that at all but had no choice. Working a part time job motivated to go to college. Although I’m not making a lot of.money I feel college is something to go after and benefit from. One thing that changed is my mindset is having a girlfriend who supports me and who’ve I known since middle school. If ur reading this and ur going through something similar don’t give up. Continue to laugh and love . Don’t stress over something that’s not permanent. Music helps soothe the soul. Music is like therapy for some. Sit back play some John Mayer. Edge of desire. And be thankful for what you’ve got

I love David Goggins, I look to him for inspiration and motivation quite often but at the moment I'm struggling to get moving. I want to transform my life in the new year but right now I'm finding it very difficult to even get out of bed in the morning. Winter depression is beating me down and I feel exhausted even when I haven't been doing anything all day.
All I wanna do is sleep and the drive to get up and go for a run or go to the gym just isn't there. I've tried running and working out in the gym many times before but I can never stick with it for long enough, I always give up after a few weeks or months and never really make any progress. I always seem to default back to my familiar ways of comfort and laziness.
Wander Lust It’s part of the process! Even I struggle with it too. I’m going through depression as well, but I finally decided one day enough was enough. Transformation is up to you, you have to think about the negatives, do you still want to feel that way? Goggins said this himself, no one likes to do it, he fucking hates doing it. He hates running, so what’s the first thing he does every morning? HE RUNS. You just gotta wake up and tell yourself these littles things, “it’s my new norm.” The fact that you’re listening to these types of videos shows you want improvement. Everyone can improve, sit down with yourself and think about why you feel depressed. It actually works. You gotta set that alarm clock early, and even when you don’t want to do what you’re about to do, you just have to say these little things. I hope you succeed, don’t feel bad after failing, you’re just one step closer. :)

Hello Mr Goggins last year I had a near death experience. I’m 19 now and have lost 35lbs in the last year. I should be working for a hedge fund this summer as an intern. I listened to your shit a lot when I was down and now I listen to it more. I now have a true dog mentally and between you, friends, family and my suffering I have changed into a person with a crazy work ethic. I would love to get in touch to possibly learn more from you you’re an inspiration to me. I’m up at 5 on a Sunday to go get in some work and if you ever read this comment I would greatly appreciate it. I would love to get your contact info you’re one of the only motivational speakers that digs deeper than the cliché bullshit that I here all the time.

This is one of the best motivational speeches that will impact my life, David Goggins is like a personal motivational speaker when I relax and sit down listening to the words he say. I just got into an argument with my family, they think I have a bad reputation for my future because they think I slack and come home late when I’m trying to prove a point that I can be a better version of myself. There mindsets reminds them of me slacking but I have to keep moving forward to be able to be what I want. Thank you David for these motivational speeches, your an inspiration when I feel like I am trapped. 🙏🏻💙‼️

Happened to me dying alone in the woods saw my whole life, the otherside and what was coming, managed to dig myself back to reality and this life. 55 challenged myself my whole life. 52 was when I fell shattered hip shattered pelvis broke right shoulder severe hypothermia broke 10 ribs bruised lungs bruised femer, made it alone threw the woods got in my truck and survived listen to the man, best thing you could do for yourself. I was so primitive that day one arm one leg and my face to pull me threw the woods. 14 below ZERO the day I fell the polar vortex 1/26/19 . You have no idea people. I am training to this date hardcore I am fully functional now.
