The biggest and hardest fight in life is fought in the mind. This was an amazing insight in the man.
He is real.
check out my post here above about Mind control and battle against ur self!
Just don't battle with your mind and only observe or accept who you are. Or just surrender and be who you are .
One who won mind , won the world
-Bhagavat Gita
Got so much respect for Fury for what he’s overcome, and also for the work he’s doing to help everyone who’s struggling
To think he went from contemplating his life to becoming world champion after defeating wilder....truly inspirational
They gonna make a movie about this shit one day
Oh please 🙄, he went on heavy DMT journey in my own opinion though...that’s another level of training many big hearted boxers will take to secretly in future...risky though

@@plentywater773 what?
Did you all miss the part he said if he can come back from what he went through 🙄 nothing is ever stopping him, he has mastered how to make pain to be an illusion ...deeper than that though
“Feeling a loneliness even when I was with other people.” Powerful and relatable.
@R Lopez nikka
I've felt like this since I was a child and I thought was normal until I grew up and realised something was wrong with me . I never had the motivation to do anything, had no goals and everything felt so damn boring. Luckily I got into teaching, it wasn't something I planned to do, I just wanted to find a job that'd be the easiest. During my college internship I was hired as an assistant teacher in a school and for the first time in my life I had something to look forward to, something that wasn't boring. It wasn't as easy as I expected but I enjoyed it. Its while I'm teaching that I never feel a hint of boredom or loneliness
I hope you find that something that fills the hole in your heart
"it's loneliest in a crowd"
Honestly checking if there is a concrete diagnosis to be made can also help. Getting diagnosed )with ADHD) after my 30's gave me lots of "ahhhh, that's why X", so I know what to work on. For many it is also a very valid "it's not your fault". Others find a community through getting diagnosed, cuz suddenly you find out, yes, you do work differently. But no, it isn't just you, there are people out there who relate to you. Who understand you in a way you hear other people are understood by family
I am feeling this since I stopped going to college because of financial problems and my perfect good average student character died since then I don't respect myself so nobody else does, I feel lonely everywhere I go, don't know what to do, but I am still holding on life.
it's so bad. I feel like I'm outside my body watching it but still using it, looking at others like "did they notice me not being normal?" wondering what a normal person should do, when a distant me from years past was very animated and social.
Tyson Fury is a true champion. He's probably saved thousands of lives by speaking out about mental health
@randy palla bro I would delete your comments. Comments like yours come from a bad place I suggest you take Tyson Fury's advice and work towards something positive. It's easy to criticise and be negative but your comments reflect poorly on yourself and not on Tyson Fury. I hope you can lose that mindset and find the motivation to improve your life perhaps rewatch the video and look at the words and forget who's saying them.
Peace brother
randy palla I will never forget at the press conference for the 2nd Klitschko fight Tyson was talking in a way like he was a defeated man, he was hopeless in front of the cameras and was trying to put on a brave face. I said to my friends he is depressed and shouldn’t fight as he’ll get the kind of beating that would ruin him. It then came as no surprise to me that he slipped into a 2 year abyss.
As someone that has seen depression and suffered from it I know the signs. I could feel his depression watching him because I’ve been there myself. I never used to like Fury but I knew his pain and think he is an inspiration to people that suffer from mental illness.
Perhaps you have never seen or experienced mental illness, but take it from me Tyson maybe a faker in some aspects of his life but his mental pain is real.
He definitely has ❤️
randy palla you are making these rash accusations and generalisations. Sit the fuck down because you don’t know 100% what he has been through and the principal behind it is good and inspiring. There is only ONE TYSON FURY 💙
Tysons comeback may have literally saved my life

Yes sir. I don’t want to die but you get the suicidal thoughts. It’s a disease. But always keep in your mind that those thoughts don’t have to be your reality, they are just bullshit. Sometimes. It’s hard to see the difference. But know that it is just a bunch of bullshit Because your life is precious.🙏

Start hitting the gym dude, no matter your age. Believe it or not it will bring you some purpose and direction on your life!
Start running even if it's for 15 mins a day you'll get fitter and fitter each day physically but more importantly mentally. Obviously need your rest days especially in the first few weeks where on some days you'll be aching all over. Nutrition is important in recovery.

Oh man...this really hits me hard. Thank you Tyson. About 18 months ago I weighed at 400 pounds, I've been up an down weight wise for the past 15 years, few years ago I even reached my peak at 460 pounds. But, on the first day of year 2021 I chose that I need to change something. That was the year I was going to turn 40 years old, and I just didn't want to die. I managed to find motivation in people like Tyson, that made me work harder each day. Five months from the day I started, my father died, and that really hit me hard. Mental struggles are tough even today, a year later.
But somehow, I manage, I find motivation in all kind of places, from different people who went through tough times. Today, I weigh at 265 pounds, I feel better, I work hard every day to lose even more weight. It's a every day battle within yourself.
Whoever out there is struggling, you are not alone. Stay strong, work hard.
bless you bro ❤️
Training everyday keeps me alive. I had lots of difficulties this year. I always have suffered anxiety attacks but I never told this to anyone. I always tried to battle it on my own. This year was the hardest for me. My engagement got annulled and losing a girl I truly loved was the hardest. Following the break-up I had an accident and I ended up breaking my spine in the process. I couldn't walk for few months. It was the toughest time of my life, battling the demons. But I always thought to my self as soon as I will be able to walk again, I am going to the gym. It was not easy but I am feeling great again. I loaded up my schedule, with boxing, lifting weights, swimming, cycling, etc. It helps me to stay alive. Anyone who is suffering out there just keep your self busy and do something, any sports, anything.
We're all going to make it, keep going broski!
True my g. Building at least one or two good habits for now is smth j should be proud of. Physical is great. Things like art, writing, reading can help too.
This is so true. Athletics fights all depression and anxiety even in the least bit.

This gonna go to my wall. Tnx for sharing
I am currently going through everything he talked about, I've never heard of him before never known him until this video. And everything he described is how I have been feeling. Lack of motivation, always felt a sort of loneliness my whole life and the past 2 years of my life just being completely gray. I have wanted to go to the military, and learn a martial art but have always had difficulties working out pushing through and making it. In those moments I will remember these things he's said. I will motivate myself to continue to strive and make it out of this dark place my mind and I have sunken to. I smoked alot of weed daily just to not feel as shitty about myself with a bunch of "friends" who all really feel similarly about themselves as I do but aren't as mindful about it. I do not smoke anymore 2 months strong and I've had legal issues that have made it difficult to find work. For almost a year I've been out of work. I will turn my life around I will come back from this. I promise I will be better for myself, for my daughter for the world.
Good luck bro. You can do it.

The best quote I've ever heard was "it's always better to do something at 50% than to do nothing at 100%." Even if you aren't best at something or even if you're not good at all, you'll always feel better for having tried to do a little instead of convincing yourself you can't do anything at all. As long as you try, you'll continue to move forward and all of a sudden you'll be able to perform at 55%, 60%, 75%, 90%.
Then before you know it you'll be able to work at 110%, beyond what you've ever thought was even possible
Got it

Jocko wilnik or whatever
This gave me the motivation to get back into it. Being at your peak mentally and physically and then falling off from that, it’s hard to recover. But you can always go higher than your peak, that’s the beautiful thing about life.
He said he wants to show the world that you can come back from depression and get back in shape and get back to the top, and that is why I love this man and that is why he will win the rematch. Nobody fights harder than a man who's got something to prove. In a sense, you could say, this man is fighting for every other depression-ridden person out there, to show them that if Tyson Fury could go from having zero motivation to even shower, to finally returning to boxing after 2 and a half years and go toe-to-toe against world heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder in just his third comeback match, to BEATING Deontay Wilder and being crowned heavyweight champion of the world, then anyone can make it back from the threshold.

Only thing you can do is manage them
Kev Watson true but it comes and goes your not always going to be depressed at least not in my case sometimes it’s the situation you’re in that makes you depressed and when you make peace with it you beat it for the time being
That's what I meant you can only manage it you have good days then bad days and like you said something in life can trigger it

I've been feeling depressed for almost 1.5 year : I feel empty inside, like I don"t have the motivation to do anything nor to talk to anyone, I keep isolating myself and keep telling myself that I'll deal with it tomorrow (whatever "that" is), filling my days with background noises to feel like I'm not lonely and to not think about my current situation (in my case it's random youtube videos, from the moment I wake up till I fall asleep; and also watching series and movies, more than I can count). Everything I liked before, I don't feel like doing it anymore.
I've lost confidence in myself, so the outcome is every social situation - even if it's not a confrontation - I tend to stay silent or agree with whatever is said, even if it means diminishing my self worth, and that just makes me even more depressed and inclined to hide at home.
Thank you Tyson Fury, for reminding me that I'm not the only one feeling like this
Sometimes you got to become the lowest just to awaken and strive for the highest
The darkest nights produce the brightest stars. Never forget that.
I cried watching this. When it came to mental health it was like he was reading a script from my head. I always felt alone in it until I saw this.
I too struggle but digging up again is the hardest damn thing one can do

Why not start today?
I'm 37 now and I feel like life has hit a brick wall. I have got lazy and put on so much weight. I just found this video I want to be better I need to be better
Tyson is a legend. More men should be open and talk about how they feel.
This was one of the most beautiful things I have ever heard .
Ligeia D.Aurevilly but why ? He triumphed in the end by establishing routine and self discipline. Mental health is a topic that all societies want to throw under the rug and treat like it doesn’t exist , Mr Tyson brings it to light .
Ligeia D.Aurevilly stay positive always !
Anyone here after he knocked out Wilder to become the world champ? Proof that the greatest highs that few ever get to are still possible no matter how far you fall

I am at a point where I’ve been really down lately my sports have been terrible I have no motivation but I’m going to sit down right now and right down what changes today. My goal is to come back to this and say I’ve grown and changed. I will be back, everyone keep your head in the game fight your small battles
1 year. A lot has changed, I’ve taken my 5k from 18:47 to 17:04. I am back wrestling and training hard. I still have my anxiety, I still feel nervous. But I have learned to exist with the beast. I am taming it, guys don’t give up it will be hard it still is. But you will learn how to do the dance. Do it for you.
How has it been going bro?
@@pepelaugh3993 right now very good. I am stronger than ever, and feeling great. Last year was very hard but this year has been amazing and allowed me to grow. I see the world differently now. The only thing that really matters is doing something hard and fun. Family first. Thank you god bless.
In all of my 37 years this is the very best video I have ever seen in my life. I stumbled upon it out of nowhere and for no reason. Thank U Tyson thank you Lord
I’ve had a rough past couple months in my life. Being at college took a tough tole on me mentally. I realized I had anxiety and was always depressed. I was prescribed meds to help me. My parents knew I wasn’t as happy as I used to be. They wanted to help me. I also got caught in a gambling addiction. The reason is I had started off betting and got lucky and was up $1000. I felt on top of the world and let that get to my head. Next thing I know I get too carried away and lose $3000. I don’t have much left. It really affected me and my self image. After watching this video, I can say that I officially quit gambling for good, and I promise to get back the life I used to have. I will workout like I used to and make sure I have a job to get back the money I lost. I owe it to myself and family. Thank you Tyson
Well 3g is a small price to pay to be turned off from gambling, could save you alot in the future.
How are things looking now bud?
I suffered for years from depression and anxiety especially regarding of my rare illness on my leg . But Through people like Tyson I gain more and more confidence doing my shit without hysterically looking what others are thinking of me. I just wanna say Thank you 💪☝️
My man won the III fight like a true champion! All time great!

I'm so fucking glad that someone like him who went through what he went through, bounced back on such a HUGE scale. He showed that you it can ALWAYS get better, no matter what.
I’m a programmer and I’ve lost all productivity, now from this day I will set a goal for myself, I will revisit this in 1 month
Good luck!
.
You might need a long vacation where you can "unprogramme" yourself, get some rest, visit a new place, see old acquaintances then ,once you're a bit calmer, go back to your tasks and see what you can do.
You can also include micro routines like 5 min of meditation and some stretching.
Good luck.
And?

This was so relatable its scary. And that fact that im only 17 and already going thru situations similar to his is incredibly shocking. I hope one day i build enough confidence to get help and be happy for once.
Hey dude I’m 22 and I want to say don’t wait for the confidence just go get the help. I wish I would’ve gotten the help I needed years ago and ignoring my problems nearly broke me down. It will feel uncomfortable or hard at first but your future life will forever be easier if you make the hard choices now. Don’t be like me and wait until it’s almost too late to get help. Whatever you may be looking for get it while you’re still thinking about it and while it’s a priority for you. Cause it’s the last thing you think of when you get to that broken place. Head up brother keep after it.
Man, Im 17 too and let me tell you one thing. Waiting for someone to help you does not pay of and often doesnt even happen. Pick yourself up bit by bit, day by day
@@irvinfreyhofer7367 about that, im 16, i talked to my parents about my situation and i have currently been in therapy for over a year, what am i even supposed to do?
Bruh I’m 13 and I’m already going through situations similar ever since I was 11. The things I’m going through aren’t quite as severe but recently Ive been fighting myself every day to make everything good again. Hope this video helps me and I hope it helps you as well
@Phil Leotardo I agree in part but man, some people don't have the introspective insight and shrinks and what have you can help bring that out in people.
Im 22 year old I've been an gamberling addict for 11 years I've lost all my self respect through out the Last 6 years I suffer with mental health as I'm writing this now. I promise myself week in week out I'm going to change after I've lost all my money and been so drunk and druged up I can't remember nothing then it comes weekend and I collapse again and again the drink and drugs make me forget about how bad my lifestyle as become. But as from today I'm going to get through this dark channel in my life And do good for myself and my family Thank you Tyson fury this video as made me positive about the Furture I'm going set short term goal to myself an follow them through.
Are you okay man? Is things goin as you planned?
I drink gamble and use cocaine many times a week, i owe literally every person i know including my family friends, even my father who lives on health insurance, im the worst person thats out there, but at the same time i love everyone and really try to help everyone by the ways i can even when ive got nothing. I literally find it very hard to "get back" and the worst thing is i dont even know what i wanna get back too, i "had it all" before i lost control over my bad habits..
7 months in. Checking in to see how you’re doing.
Crabass killah how are you man
Hey man how are you? I also had trouble the last 8 years, i am 23 now. I finally got my life back in order after all this years, its still a daily struggle with depression. You need to get help man, i never would have managed to come back without my therapie and support from my family (which wasnt easy).
And dont get me wrong its still a daily fight with my thoughts, but i still go to therapy once a week and planning on doing this for years to come, because i fear to fall back into that hole if i let my mind alone too long.
Cheers man really hope you are on a good path with lots of help and lots of love. Leave the darkness behind life can be so beautiful.
My biggest idol ! Not for the fame, money, reputation etc ... Purely for he fell down the hole and lost the ladder to climb out but yet he won his inner battle and expresses it openly. Not just a champion of boxing but a champion of "you can be what you want to be, just have to battle it"

Before I die I will fly to the U.K. and watch this man fight.

Just found this . Wow ! Can't stop watching it for the last hour !
I hurt myself early on in my military career and almost got discharged as a result
It was my life long goal to join and to serve like my parents and my ancestors dating back to the French and Indian war
I had lost all motivation because growing up I had hurt myself numerous times but recovered always had that killer attitude and pushed through pain even through a fractured shoulder broken nose and heat exhaustion in a rugby tournament but this small injury screwed me up in every way
I had lost all motivation and became bitter
But by some miracle I have been able to recover after 2 and a 1/2 years of physical therapy and one surgery and I am now backup to full duty and ready to go again
Don't give up and don't let it take over I am lucky that I had good people around me who helped pull me out of the mire I was in
Don't give up
He now TKO'd a guy with 41 Ko and 0 losses.
PROOF you can come back from ANYTHING people!!
As long as you are 6 foot 6 inches tall with an enormous reach, a fantastic team around, and natural boxing abilities/ head/ body movement few on earth at that size possess. As long as you check all those boxes, then, yes, anything is possible.
@@BEATmyguest31 no. The guy went to hell and came back a champion. That's what I'm talking about.
"When you lose control of your own mind, you're in a bad place." - I could sing a song about that. Fukked up so much within 1 year... getting up and get back on your path takes a lot of energy.
3:38 I'm crying right now for the first time in a while. A couple of months ago I felt the urge to just grab a bottle and get drunk, because I felt just helplessness and hopelessness within me. Nothing else was left. But then I remembered my dad - he's paraplegic because of alcoholism.
So, I said "no, you're going to fight, you might lose this fight, but you'll lose it definitely, if you start drinking." Everyday is a struggle, just going to work, working itself, studying, working out, having almost entirely sleepless nights and restless days.
*For everyone out there fighting depression, anxiety, bipolarity, whatever it is, I know your struggle, I'm thinking about death everyday - don't give up on yourself, maybe your family tells you that you're not sh!t, maybe your friends tell you that you'll never be sh!t. Maybe there's nobody who stands up for you anymore, you are just alone in this tight dark place. If you want to give up, find that one little spark of hope/strength/love for yourself and keep going. Possibly you'll make it out, I can't promise it, but perhaps you will.*
And a big "Thank You!" for the video!
Not ashamed to say I shred a tear when he won last night
That was EPIC, JAc Johnson and Ali stuff, he was great. It wasn't just about boxing.
And they call this man a dog. This guy is one of the realest men out there! Speaking so openly and honestly about the realness of life.. specifically his but he's able to relate it on a generic level explaining how we are all vulnerable. No matter how rich or poor you are. No matter how much you have or little, how qualified or how fit, how hard or how strong or how famous, no matter who or what you are the internal struggle is real where anything else in this world doesn't matter to you..
This guy is such an inspiration.
I watched this with tears in my eyes
How are you right now? I am in a dark place personally right now. How are you?

Look therapy expotition in a few months you gonna fell bettet
Hey buddy..dont try to be positive...
Just be with your feelings .....i mean just dissolve into the feelings..give your
100 percent to your feelings. Don't resist or try to control..the more you try to control...the more the feeling of unhappiness increases..this is because the very desire of your to stay positive creates division in your mind i.e the controller and the controlled.
Controller---your thought to stay positive
Controlled--your feeling of unhappiness or in your case anxiety.
And when you give your 100 percent to what you feel or just be with that ....without trying to resist. Then that feeling of unhappiness (anxiety) vanishes.

I really needed to hear this. Thank you Tyson Fury!
Hope you're well friend
This is inspirational but at the same time he still had money and a skill. Try going thru this when you have nothing to fall back on.
That's true. Having the money and the skills is a big help. But even if you feel you have nothing thats when we have to dig deep and find something. I'm sure each of us have something we can build on even if we don't have that right now. And maybe not having nothing to fall back on could be the very reason to say if I have nothing to fall back on I will find something to hold on to. It dosent matter how small that might be, it's a amazing accomplishment ❤
There is only one Tyson Fury. a.k.a Gypsy King
