Try kneading with milk. It will be so so soft esp freezing. Kids staying away from home,uni etc. Same for methi roti. Chat patha. Ajwain salt ginger grated 😊😊
Thank you so much!! Yes I should of showed it more thoroughly but at the end I get the rotis and I put them in a kitchen towel and place In the microwave all wrapped up for 1-2 minutes they are fresh as ever!! ☺️

Do we need to add butter paper inbetween the rotis for freezing or simply wrapping in paper towel snd ziplock bag will work?
No once you spread apart and cool, you don’t need anything in the middle just stack and freeze in a ziploc bag 💜

Put frozen pieces in towel and microwave 2 minutes on high and they will be soft and perfect like you just made it
