1. I'm pretty sure any spouse will make money if you have them in your home and becomes a vendor 2. Having a steward in goldenhills will allow you to hire farm hands which will collect ingredients and put them in a pantry, although I think they do like 1 small harvest and then unless you loot the pantry they won't harvest more (but it also makes profit)
One thing that would have made this even more efficient is adding Mora Topinella to the potion recipe, it makes a motion worth a little over 2k each and you can easily grow it alongside the other ingredients.
Missed out on the transmute spell, turning iron into gold, and with the gems in every container, insane amounts of jewelry, enchanting them giving even more money.
Significantly worse than mora tapinella, creep cluster, and scaly pholiota potions. About 400 per at level 15 alchemy and the ingredients can be farmed at the farm player house.
If you want to fully upgrade this farm and use it regularly I STRONGLY suggest getting a mage steward. Like he said, dragons spawn here constantly. I only use this for money and it gets really annoying fighting them all the time.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the Mora Tapinella, Creep Cluster, and Scaly Pholiota potions are worth more and increase your alchemy faster. Also I did this exploit before Anniversary Edition so I used Lakeview Manor's farm and did the wait exploit.
Another way to do this was get the transmutation spell, then raid every mine in Skyrim for iron ore. Then you could transmute them to gold and silver and then make expensive jewelry with the gems you were getting from the perk from the 24 stones.
I remember I had the idea to save up as much black briar mead as I could while playing normally and sell it all in one go. I don’t remember how long I did this for but I ended up being able to buy and fully furnish the house in solitude with just that money lol. Finding vendors to sell to and waiting for them to restock their money was just as much of a grind lmao
The fact that vendor inventories can be reset by punching them and items can be duped by picking them up while lagging out the game with repeatedly quicksaving means making big bucks even without the restoration loop
You can kinda cheat by attacking the vendor and then loading a quicksave just before. It resets their inventory, including their money. However if that feels too exploit-ey, I get it

When it comes to the type of potions that I like to abuse when going the fiscal alchemy route, is invisibility. It goes for a nice price and then he left over or botched batches can be used in my adventures so it's like a win-win. I like paralysis but I do like it when they fight back, so I tend to avoid paralysis.
I used alchemy for this. Creep cluster, Mora tilapia, and Scaly Pholiota, mix em together and you have yourself that sells for around a thousand Septims a pop on higher alchemy levels (which isn't hard with those three ingredients)
Once you max out Alchemy and Enchanting, do the mini-loop (not the restroloop exploit)for the highest Alchemy enchantments on 4 pieces of gear, and this potion will be worth a ton of money. Then selling it tends to naturally level speech quickly, and you'll get better prices. And yeah, unless you want a dead Steward and Farmhands at Goldenhills, avoid the main quest.
10/10!! I love rags to riches storylines, one of my fave parts of Fable 3 is that if you don't raise 6.5 million before something happens your citizens will die but if you use morally corrupt ways of obtaining money they'll hate you 😂😂
Mora Tapinela + Creep Cluster + Scaly Pholiota. Makes a potion (at max level with out exploits) worth around 1500 gold. Make the outside decoration at the farm for 44 total plots. 20 mora, 12 creep, and 12 scaly will harvest for 60 (120 with green thumb).
Wow! I had no idea about the perk you get with the bards collage as well as a master speech trainer! It’s been one of those things I have “been meaning to do”, but never got around to it all the while struggling to level speech! That’s changing today!
I usually do Creep Cluster, Mora, Scaly potions for carry weight and other stuff, can sell for ridiculous amounts of money. Also it levels up Alchemy super quick. I get pickpocket and sneak up high too, and speech. Pickpocket is great for getting your money back after training, sneak helps with that. Stealth Archer is OP so my combat skills usually don't fall too far behind. The dragons annoy me so i usually don't start that questline until much later. Eventually I become a millionaire in the game most playthroughs.

In a sector that requires much technicals and analysis as that of stocks and forex, understanding early the role experience and expertise plays in the markets regarding profitable trades I believe is a smart money move
Facts! I started trading earlier last year for trials before deciding to take it up a notch, wasn't profitable enough. I'm now able to 5x my capital in less than 9months scaling from $80k-$560k. And did get a pro trader for proper risk management as recommended by a trading channel
@@colski_ That's a reasonable amount, I'm a deadbeat beginner and I want to invest, I'm looking for good signals as few has been successful for me, any chance you can name your pro trader?
Haven’t watched the video yet, but you’re gonna hit the money cap for each vendor pretty quickly. Biggest profits in the game are potions of waterbreathing made with salmon roe. Go for 25k gold a pop.
It's a far less stable income but I remember with Hearthfire there was a potion of water breathing that you could make with Salmon Roe, Nordic Barnacle, and Garlic that made a waterbreathing potion that had around 1k value at low alchemy
This. And making those increases your alchemy skill quite quickly so it's easy to make money this way since the waterbreathing potions are easily over 1.5k on higher alchemy levels.
In the modded Skyrim run I started even if dragons are immune. Strong damage and paralysis potions are great with arrows. I forget if the base game has the extending the uses of each poison on a weapon.
falkreath home with garden and greenhouse. Mora Tapenella, Scaly Pholiota, and Creep Cluster = most expensive farm able potion. I do this every run to max Alchemy, Smithing, and Enchanting(with merchant perk) money is never a problem after that farm.
Obviously there is no mods for this, but for anyone looking to try something similar WITH mods, the Real Estate mod is basically perfect for this. You can buy almost any building/properity in skyrim, and then after a set period (7 days by default, but everything can be changed in the mod menu), and then you get money based on the property and how much you charged. Fun video though!

Cleansing Meridia's Temple is always one of my go to locations to get money. Every single corpse and urn seems to have at very least 100 coins in it. And there are a lot of corpses there
If you get really good at killing giants early on, you can begin making decent bank pretty quick. The money they drop on top of the enchanted goodies you find on them and in the chests in their camps. I haven't deliberately played the game to find out how quickly I can become a millionaire, but I know that without trying, after a few hours of playing a new playthrough, I have way more gold than I'll need in the game. At this point, making money in Skyrim is just muscle memory.
5:30 I was busy in the kitchen while this video was playing, and when I heard Kingdom Come Deliverance music, my head made a full 180 looking at my screen
Now you need to make a new character and explore every single location and container and rob every npc and sell to every merchant... in survival mode... to find out the exact value of all looted items and gold in all of skyrim
The intro made me want to watch the video because we all know you can be rich just by abusing glitches, so I've never thought somebody would try not to use glitches.
Transmute is the answer. You turn all iron and silver ores to gold, forge rings then enchant those rings with fortify sneak and sell them to the person you’re buying grand souls gems from. Also if you have the merchant perk you can buy whatever you want then sell them the rings so you get what you want plus all their money. Gems can do this too

When poor learn the rules of the game the rich cry foul
HOW! I would really appreciate if you show me how to go about it. please can you list the platform?
With Max Alchemie and Max echanting(alchemie entchants on your gear) that potion is infact worth 8k gold, it's the best potion in the game
In the modded Skyrim run I started even if dragons are immune. Strong damage and paralysis potions are great with arrows. I forget if the base game has the extending the uses of each poison on a weapon.
I was reeeealy hoping you weren’t gonna use alchemy to do this…
Giant camps. If you raid every giant camp you’ll get a lot of coin
A friend of mine had a glitch where peoples gold would stack overflow, so for the entire playthrough, half the enemies dropped 65k+ gold
How?🤯
7:06 I like that nod to Runescape.
still not worth 70 on switch
Jesus christ, it's 70 fucking dollars on switch?
@@PossiblyFubar yup the anniversary edition just dropped the other day for 70 usd
@@SoAnthony lmao.. That's just sad
@@SoAnthony and the upgrade version?
92 is only halfway to 99, thank you for that OSRS reference!
“balanced it out” as he beats the hell out of a parapalegic 8:25
The KCD music reveals that you are a man of wisdom
falkreath home with garden and greenhouse.
That’s sick. Skyrim, Fable edition.
more non exploit skyrim challenges please :D i have some ideas, play a fortify destruction potion/ frost cloak caster (increases AOE) by a lot even without fort restoration loop, or play alternate start winter sun and be a pilgrim going to all the shrines or something
got an idea:
1. go to whiterun
2. speak to amren and accept fetch quest
3. get pickaxe
4. go to cave and search for spell book and farm the iron. also go around the iron mines and farm then
5. learn spell and make iron into gold
6. wait 1 hour then repeat spell
7. make gold rings
8. sell goldrings and buy iron
9. repeat
New jabo vid pog hope the move is going well.
Also if you aren’t on his twitch you are missing out
I love how the story came ful circle
I like that you chose the KCD soundtrack. I miss that game.
Absolutely adored this video and subscribing!
Though?
No Mask of Clavicus Vile and the Gift of Charity?
just started the vid...
jabo-spawns dragons to sell loot
me-oh that's a good idea
jabo-this was a mistake
me-oh uhh
guess we think the same and fail the same
That runescape meme hit me where it hurts. But I absolutely love it. This was a video in the background while I replay skyrim. But damn it has me dying. Lol.
Cleansing Meridia's Temple is always one of my go to locations to get money. Every single corpse and urn seems to have at very least 100 coins in it. And there are a lot of corpses there
You and your paralysis potion empire are a life saver
If you get really good at killing giants early on, you can begin making decent bank pretty quick. The money they drop on top of the enchanted goodies you find on them and in the chests in their camps. I haven't deliberately played the game to find out how quickly I can become a millionaire, but I know that without trying, after a few hours of playing a new playthrough, I have way more gold than I'll need in the game. At this point, making money in Skyrim is just muscle memory.
Appreciate the KCD music in the background 😄
lmao the runescape refence startled me considering im listening to this while playing my FSW alt
was here for the streams, love this
The drowning at the end 🤣. Billionaire next?
5:30 I was busy in the kitchen while this video was playing, and when I heard Kingdom Come Deliverance music, my head made a full 180 looking at my screen
Now you need to make a new character and explore every single location and container and rob every npc and sell to every merchant... in survival mode... to find out the exact value of all looted items and gold in all of skyrim
I don't know where that sound is from, but "dawn of the first day" I thought I was watchin Matto speedrunning
The intro made me want to watch the video because we all know you can be rich just by abusing glitches, so I've never thought somebody would try not to use glitches.
For the highest profit potions made of growable materials, combine Mora Tapinella, Scaly Pholiota, and Steel-Blue Entoloma.
Goddamn you, you’ve started my yearly week long obsession with Skyrim
No restoration loop? Well Spiffing Brit is disqualified from this speedrun category. lol
Gems can do this too
Love the KCD music at the beginning ❤️ 🏰
Dude the fable music gave me so much nostalgia
