That was clear and straightforward. We HATE theories. We LOVE examples.

    The boss is cool!!!
She took her good time to listen to and understand how well prepared was he about his part..
Most of the Ppl don't catch up with the excitement and commitment of the employee. They shud hv wide vision.

Executive committee. "If the guy isn't here and he thinks not being here increases "efficiency" we even bother having him?"
Arguing for flextime is a slippery slope I have seen people actually get fired from this, then they will bring in expensive consultants to cut more of the fat starting with the team for whom he was advocating for.

Most people already have in their mind if their going to be fore something, regardless if data proves its beneficial or not. Its about involving personal interest.

This is just acting. In reality, your boss will say unfortunately, we can not do that before you can even continue. Working from home seems to be only for a few, such as CEO, CFO, Director or Executives. Ordinary employees, well a few days for a year is possible, but don't expect much.

Really? I am no super professional but micromanaging is what humans do! An entire world economy is built on you getting you up into your clothes into your car buying coffee gasoline tires just to get to work. And this guy is saying I want to kick back at home get paid to play on my computer while raising my baby? Yeah that's cool but there's a problem he's not wearing any old t-shirt a pair of jeans and smoking pot and a millennial. If you're a working professional you're in the office and then out in the field and back in the office. No working from home! That's called a hustler.

J P I’m not sure you’re aware but this methodology has already been implemented and it works. If sitting back in your computer and play video games is what you would do if given this schedule, then you’d be fired because you’d never get anything done. And btw, millennials are the ones who adapt better and produce the most output. I’ve seen it happen in one of the biggest global technology companies I used to work for firsthand. Oh, and also, is common sense nowadays that micromanaging is bad, not sure what kind of experience you’ve had with people, but your statements were way off.
