Thinking about it, X would be entirely feasible to have a Young Link/ Link relationship with Megaman, since even just in the first three games there's a replacement for everything Megaman does, except Rush: Just off the top of my head, with * being charged: Metal Blade: Spinning Blade*(X3) Crash Bomb: Magnet Bomb(X2) Leaf Shield: Rolling Shield*(X1) Air Shooter: Storm Tornado*(X1) Slash Claw: Tornado Fang*(X3) Flame Sword: Z Saber Heavy Knuckle: Crystal Hunter(X2) Spark Shock: Neon Spray(X3) Flame Blast: Fire Wave*(X1) Top Spin: Speed Burner*(X2) Maybe a directional air dash for UpB, since there's no rush equivalent? Obviously these moves aren't exactly the same, but being more of a Ness/Lucas deal wouldn't be the worst. I especially like the idea of DownB being Crystal Hunter- spikes are great, but a downward freeze would be useful also.
