I’m with Colli Wally on the lettuce cutting. Gavin kale, romaine, shredded carrots and coleslaw mix already in a big container is the best way to insure I eat salad regularly.

I love watching your videos. I used to take ballet and tap and was a 10 year competitive gymnast. I'm much older now but I appreciate all the hard work that went into working out towards your dance routine. It's nice to see a younger generation eat plant based and realize the benefits of it early on. I did this too but was not so strict as I wish I would have been. Keep up your hard work. You will live a long and prosperous life because of it. I love seeing your tofu creations and look forward to more air fryer recipes. Quinoa also is also of my favorite grains! So versatile.

awesome video!! just a tip from a microbiologist student, it is a good idea to let your food cool down first (e.g. quinoa) before putting a lid on them. The heat creates moisture that creates an environment for bacteria to grow on the food :)

How neat you’re a dancer! Do you have a dream show you wanted to dance in as a kid?
For the sesame seeds, since you have a high speed blender you can use the sesame seeds instead of tahini in hummus and dressings. Also you can add a couple tablespoons to home made nut milk to bump up the calcium without changing the taste drastically.

I love that she eats a really balanced diet.
The thing about a vegan diet is that it can be pretty carb heavy if all one does is eat beans, legumes, fruits, veggies, and grains. That’s why it’s a good idea to add in plant foods that are richer in protein like tofu (some are as high as 70 grams of protein per block), tempeh, seitan , etc.
