Sometimes when I’m struggling to sell players I offer loan deals with mandatory future fee and take the money next year. Gets some money in and money off the wages 👌🏻
I think the issue with Ayoze Perez is that Leicester only signed him last season for maybe £20mish so the board obviously want to recoup a certain percentage of that back a season later?
the issue is the price he asked, jeehz men.. ayoze is possible to sell for 25m

I haven't played a management sim since LMA manager 2004 on PS1. Which I loved and played for about 10 years lol. I got FM21 last week. The learning curve is very steep but these tutorial videos you've made have helped. The best on UA-cam. Thanks
LMA manager was great! Great memorise playing that with my mate. FM does seem like a lot at first but it is worth it when you have learned it all.
What I really want to know is how you're identifying the replacement talent in Non-League to Legend so quickly. My scouts never find any talent worth anything...

For real. In my United save all my scouts have at least 15 JPP and JPA. I scout almost every country that produces quality Regen but yet I can hardly find quality youth players
I get frustrated when even after I agreed to pay off the players, they still reject the contract from the other club
Love these. A tactics one would be great (just guidance than a specific tactic). Just getting back into FM. About time I subscribed after watching all your recents.
I also do things like making them unhappy on purpose like critising their conduct for no reason or training. Then they will be more likely to accept contract offers from others
I don’t even try to make them unhappy I just do it naturally 😂
When you next load up the however many years in the future save, can you see how long it took for Newcastle to take over
Kev I'd love to see when is right time to loan a young player and where you do it do, plus when you know they are good enough to bring into the first team squad etc?
Kev I’m in my third season with RB Leipzig, trying to sell deadwood from the first season but they keep getting angry at me offering them out and then refuse to leave. How do I stop this from happening?
Did you transfer list them?
Part of the reason the board won't sell Perez for less is that they spent 30mill on him last season so want some of the value back
I know this is late , but a question about the board:
If they reject an offer while doing this, will they cancel the deal automatically if you holiday 1 day forward, or will the game just ignore that message entirely and let you move on?

You should do this with Manchester United because they have lots of deadwood on stupid wages so it will be fun trying to get rid of that lot. I plan to do this when the full game goes live.

You don't sell players like this if you want to get a good money! You first offer a players to other teams with 200% or 150% price and after, if somebody makes an offer, you start negotiations.
Like this you are starting from lower price because is more than obvious that you want to sell him under his transfer price and other teams will offer you a lower price. And if you want to sell some player, and the season is ending, put him in first squad (if you can) and if he plays good and get good ratings offer him to clubs before the end of season.
How to sell player who doesn't want to leave, already transfer listed him, change status to surplus, even when club like milan, everton make an offer, he keep turning down the contract....and the most annoying thing is offer from club that make my player unsettled if not accepted, my players still turn down the contract offer from that club.Need help. Pls

Hey Kev, would you be able to advise how to negotiate when another club comes in for a player you don’t want to sell who wants to go?
Also how to set future sell percentages etc
If you dont want to sell him then offer him out for triple his worth and promise to sell him when your evaluation of him is met

I do the same with the cancel low offer and reoffer at a new higher price and just keep going from there. But I don't accept the original offers, I just leave them waiting. They will only end up being accepted and then cancelled otherwise.
Also saves the silly arguments with players as your not accepting and regecting all the time.
I sell a player but when I think the deal is done they want compensation to leave!!! Is there a way round it?!!!!

My summer 2020 is never that active, I'm guessing that's probably database related? can never find the right balance of performance, intakes, and being to watch highlights of youth/scouted players.
(then again, if you were prioritising value you'd sell a lot of these players for more in jan, depends who's hoggin wage)
Im trying to sell players by putting them on the transfer list and offering to clubs but i never get any offers and the player doesn’t want to leave. Its very frustrating has anyone got a soulutuon to this pls

My biggest issue this year is about unrealistic demands from clubs. For example: Player valued at 10 million, but the club wants 900m. What to do? It seems like its impossible to sign any player...

I know your post is a month old, but just throwing it out there. If you wanna play the actual full fledged FM21 then you're better off on a laptop (if you want portability). My Surface Pro 7 tablet with an i7 can run it, but not great (And that's the biggest one at a $2780 pricetag). For the FM21 touch, really any mid tier tablet will do.
Hope this either helps, or if you already bought one that you made a satisfactory choice :)
Can anyone help, im new to FM - Im doing a blackburn save and i sold Armstrong for 12.5m but the board have only allocated me £875k - i asked for more funds from them but they rejected it
Check how much your club has in "overall budget"

Hello! I am playing my first FM season with Barcelona and at the end of the first year i can’t sell Umtiti (value 41 million) at all, I received 0 OFFERS… tried everything but it looks like a bug. Did anyone experienced the same thing?

This year it is harder to sell in the first windows because of the Covid effect. The starting budget and balance of many teams are abysmal, so they are not going to spend a lot of money.
But they are willing to loan with mandatory fee. It's not that they don't WANT to spend money, it's that they don't have it to spend right now. All they want to do is kick the can down the road.

This makes no sense at all, at least for me. I always, but always, take the market value of the player in account, and then try to sell him for way higher. Example, I have a player worth 7m euros market value. What I do is offer him for 15. Always works a charm, cuz we get lowball offers, and then work the way around that.
Example was Manafa, in my Porto save. He was like 5m market value, I managed to sold him for Wolves for 10 million upfront, and 25% on an next transfer. Ez profit.
God, even sometimes I offer a player for 20, make im a game where he scored a goal or something, and... A chinese big team appears and somehow, offers me 40 for him.
Except everyone who have ever spend more than 5 minutes in FM knows that the ''player value'' is a bs value. It's worthless. Players will be valued at 10mil but really their true value is 120mil. Or the other way if they're older players.
Only way to get their true values is with the in-game editor. There's a hidden true value. But then again that's kind of cheating.
I always play with Ajax and from the start of the second season I can just start asking ridiculous fees for my players. In FM20 I sold Onana for 70 million, Tagliafico for 55 million, Blind for 30 million, Neres for 80 million, Unuvar for ~100 million, Boadu for 85 million (bought him for ~25/30 million), VdBeek for 70 million, Dest for 50 million, Mazraoui for 45 million and Antony for 80 million.
This enabled me to buy the best wonderkids and some more experienced players to pair them with. It also enabled me to build a strong reserve squad. After two or three seasons I could sell some of the wonderkids again to get new ones and to keep the money flowing.
I stopped with that save at the end of season 9. At that time I had won the CL 4x, the Europa League 2x and the Super Cup and World Club Championship 4x each. Also won the Eredivisie each year. It became too easy.
So you basicly just did what Ajax does in real life. Earn on their young talent, and spend that money on even younger talent. Only Ajax doesn't have Euro sucess irl.
I take it the team's don't get pissed off with the accepting of fee and then cancelling it
