My never formally introduced me to Alice In Chains but I always remember it playing in his car when I rode with him. Rooster has always been my favorite, but now I’m 20 years old learning to play these songs myself with my grandpas guitars

This girl's voice is so amazing, she doesn't add a single effect in any song not by Alice in Chains, and that's not a knock on her voice at all, but just a testament to how amazingly talented Layne Staley was. There is a reason not many bands cover AIC and it's not because they aren't fans, it is because Layne's songs and notes are incredibly hard to match and the covers typically don't turn out well.

So glad i did. this cover is different then all the other dudes that try too hard to over power the song. This girl has it going on. I dont know if itsthe background noise or the recording quality but it sounds great. the guitar could use a little polishing but even still its good video and she sounds good. im 44 been goofing of with guitar off and on for a while and i couldn't outdo her I just subscribed and i hit the like... simply because i want to see what else this girl has to offer. my suggestion is play what you like and don't change because whatever it is you got is working. i have a channel but i only made one lousy video because i feel silly and embarrased at the same time haha I would love to do some song challenges and crosscross what we have learned over the years ... anyway I have 2 teenage daughters that i bought guitars for butt they arent interested in learning so they sit and collect dust in their closets... i stick so bad i have 1 sub hah this girl has it though no doubt cheers!
