I had restless leg syndrome, it's real, and I still take medication for it. It's awful, it's like having a bare wire attached to your leg. You can't relax, you can't sleep. One time I did a lot of squats to see if I could sleep, and I still had a hard time, even tired. It exists people. I guess in the past people would just overlook it.
