We are devastated to share the news of the passing of our much-loved Endangered snow leopard, Panja.
Panja was loved by all the team here at Hertfordshire Zoo and will be sorely missed by everyone who met him. 💜

Oh this is horrible news.I know they are susceptible to Covid being passed to them - I really hope this wasn't the case.
I got to feed Jessie a month a go as part of an experience and saw Panja fed next to me too. They're such stunning creatures. Such sad news :(
