@@V3samaurai That makes sense. The final arc is too long for a single season. Maybe a double cour season but then I feel they wouldn't go all out since they would have to animate it all in one go unlike the movies.

just a heads up, there's still one more arc after the Infinity Castle ends which is the actual "final arc". so we'll likely see it on a weekly basis again when that gets animated.

@@FlyingBrains24 yes. it's definitely not being included in the third movie, so it'll be Season 5. 20 chapters, 13 episodes, finale likely being the epilogue chapter.

Nah i cant see them going back to the show format after three movie. I think they will wrap it up with the movies.
Calling a 4yr old who just witnessed something horrific selfish is crazy. She was clearly talking about the demon and never mentioned Gyomei by name. Probably why the Master got Gyomei released.
Guess what, everyone thought the cliffhanger is muzan at kagaya doorstep but we’re wrong.

One thing i do want to point out, that i think a lot of people dont remember. I think another reason that the police didnt check the bodies wounds, didnt ask Gyomei. Is because the Japanese government, doesn’t know about demons. And with muzan posing as a human, and has probably worked his way into high places, he’s probably kept certain demon related things on the down low,and down played them. And the demon slayer corp, wasnt even recognized by the government.
Urokodaki mentions it in episode 2 or 3 of season 1 I believe when he’s talking about the demon slayers, and the corp.
i AM NOT ready either.... so sad, its going to go crazy from episode 8 and beyond.
For me personally the animation level of demon slayer season 2 episode 17 was the absolut peak of Ufotable even better then heavens feel
This episode was the best one of the season and one of the best of the show

There is another arc but it’s a small arc so I’m sure it will be included in the final movie. If I remember correctly the writer of the anime was going through some family issues so had to unfortunately rush the ending:/

@@robloxeite5546The Arc after is almost just as long. It's the second longest arc in the series right after Infinity Castle. It's not a small arc by any means. They will likely make it another few movies or adapt it into an anime

My prediction is by reading the manga: SPOILERS DO NOT READ IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE SPOILED
They have a talk, reveal backstory and tention between both of muzan and kaguya, kaguaya self sacrafices his life by blowing up the residence, tamayo sticks muzan with poisen, and all the hashiras/Slayers come to fight Muzan. They get launched into the infinity castle.

For all anime only just a minor spoilor .... This is the last night for a lot of demons slayers ass well as for the whole demon community....
Why a trilogy movie? Why not just episodic? I've never had an issue with Ufotable releasing the first eps of the season in cinemas but this feels like a pure money grab. Whats the time gap btw each movie? How are you going to keep up the momentum since the whole thing would be happening in a short time frame? Isnt it going to be one long fight btw multiple opponents? Feeling doubtful over the decision
