Today is the 20th birthday of the album 'The Division Bell', the first album I really got to know from Pink Floyd. 1994 is the year where I was born in too :D Another Division Bell cover will be uploaded within a week, maybe more :) Happy Birthday! :) #PinkFloyd #DivisionBell #Birthday #Gilmour #Wright #Mason
Not the EXACT same sound, but I'm sure you can get something that comes pretty close, depending on your amp settings. Squiers are definitely good guitars, for their price :)
Amazing very very good job, again ! Laat nog wel van me horen and keep up the great work !
:D Groeten, and I most certainly will! :)
Thank you Adansonia13 ! A beautiful comment from you, music becomes music when it is enjoyable to me. That's what I try to achieve when doing covers :)
Hi Santosh.. this is insanely close to the original track.. curious to know, is it jus the Comp, chorus + delay/ reverb or something else? Have u used any acoustic simulator?
Hey there, Thanks. From what I can remember, it was guitar > Peavey Classic 30 clean channel with built in reverb > delay added in Logic Pro X. Definitely not the way David Gilmour did it - have a look at Gilmourish.com. Hope that helps, Santosh
Fender MIJ Stratocaster Peavey Classic 30 Roland UA-25EX Except the delay, I don't think I have done post-processing on the sound for this one. The Peavey Classic 30 really is a champ!
I have no clue haha :) I just concentrate on the playing. The sound is something I approximate (to the studio) by switching and turning a lot of knobs to be honest haha. The strat is a japanese one, form the 80's, but I don't know the pickups :)
+Hugo Bueno Too inexperienced in guitars to really talk about it. I don't know much about it actually. I'm thinking of buying an American one though :)
I wish I had.. But yeah, 'feeling' the lines is definitely an important thing, before covering it and put it online :) Captivating the magic, that's what music and especially covering music is about imo! :)
@@northernandy8631 I kindly invite you to check my latest versions, I’ve done both the Delicate Sound of Thunder version as well as the studio version. 😊
Thanks for your comment! Agreed. I'm not that much of a gear guy, though I think I have covered this with a tone perfectly fitting the piece. But I'm open to disagreement to that. :)
Very clean. Great tone. Well Done!
Very Very Very Nice !! Really good excellent cover !!!
Thank you Daniel! And thank you for the feature! :)
Federico Z Thanks :)

Thank you guys :)
That was awesome. I've been trying to find a guitar sound like this. You really have it dialed in. Would you share your setup please?
Great job! Impressed on how you really brought out the gilmour bendings and his tone! :)
Thank you! I just love playing his style :D
Beautifully played Santosh !!

Thank you!
Arrebentou nos dois vídeos! Nesse do primeiro solo e no segundo solo, no outro vídeo. Parabéns!
Muito obrigado Carlos!

sounds great bro. Can i play to get a sound like this with just a squier and a cheap cort amp? don't own any pedals atm
Not the EXACT same sound, but I'm sure you can get something that comes pretty close, depending on your amp settings. Squiers are definitely good guitars, for their price :)

Thanks Mark!
those pickups sound great. What are they?
I have no clue haha :) I just concentrate on the playing. The sound is something I approximate (to the studio) by switching and turning a lot of knobs to be honest haha. The strat is a japanese one, form the 80's, but I don't know the pickups :)
well it sounds very accurate through my iMac's speakers.
Wow! I love it.

+loziodavid Hehe what do you think?! Neck, of course.
🤘🤘
Cheers!
Hi man, I have Malmsteen USA Fender, but I believe tha my japanese is more rich tones.
+Hugo Bueno Too inexperienced in guitars to really talk about it. I don't know much about it actually. I'm thinking of buying an American one though :)
+Santosh Kuppens is good to the two worlds.
you play it like you wrote it!
I wish I had.. But yeah, 'feeling' the lines is definitely an important thing, before covering it and put it online :) Captivating the magic, that's what music and especially covering music is about imo! :)

Perfection of playing. Tone could have been more accurate imo.
Thanks for your comment! Agreed. I'm not that much of a gear guy, though I think I have covered this with a tone perfectly fitting the piece. But I'm open to disagreement to that. :)
Ok Santosh. After listening to it like 10 more times and a few other covers I conclude the tone is up there. 🥴🤘
Cheers.
Hehe cheers! But as I said, it’s fine to disagree. It’s really about what you like! :) Cheers 😊
