Just finished my Camino from St Jean to Finesterre. I actually watched this video for tips and used most of these. The shoe bigger than your regular size saved me! On the Camino I would refer to places you had passed through. Thanks for helping make my Camino more enjoyable
I fully agree with your tips. I didn't use electolites...but I drunk a lot of irange juice...or limonade and cafe con leche. I do not rush. I make films. I have learned spanish...very usefull...I have atended the hospitalero training...in spanish. On the first Cammno I boyght ...one way ticket. Only in Vilafeanca de Bierzo I bought return one. I use trackibg poles. Huge advantage. I like small naps...in the forest...or at some bush shadow. Magic. I like the silence of churces. Peace. Thank you! Multumesc! Muchas gracias! Merci beaucoup! Viel dank! Obrigado! Domo arigati! Xie xie! Spasiva balsou! Hvala lepi! Dekuje! Sukria! Dhanyavad!
How about paq transfer service. Looks like you lightened your pack on a few days. I always use that service. It's inexpensive and allows you to walk a bit further every day. Buen Camino
@@jenontherunn great decision. I used Pilbeo on the Primitivo and Portuguese Coastal. The 'Camino purists' are always suspect about these clever options. 🙄
One of the best cuisines in the world is just bread and things, and in Europe's largest producer of fruits and vegetables it is difficult to find them. My God... Americans...

My tip: Get a guide book Pack your bag and go walk it you'll have a better experience.
Guidebook is essential. 100%!

Yes! In another one of my videos, I mention Jacotrans. They were so great. I also used Camino Fácil once. Also great. Highly recommend.

@@jpmccI’m one of those who wouldn’t feel right transferring my bags. For me it just feels like cheating but I don’t judge those who do.
