Got it in one. because the police know that a lot of the time security and i'm thinking more doormen, do the police's job for them and they are really the only people around who will step in when a coppers being filled in
How rude this lady is omg no wonder ppl don't report crimes if this is how you are treated
I get the impression that police staff behave like this on purpose as a deterrent to people reporting crimes.
@@01matthewc Spot on! I’m sure it’s intentional as they always seem to have a bad attitude when a victim tried to report a crime. The more difficult and unpleasant they make it to report crimes, the lower the crime statistics will be.
Police show they are no longer interested in helping the public. Once again.
Even that call taker needs retraining.
"By.....?"
Needs sacking
A 10 year old 😊
Wow this is beyond belief. Imagine the amount of crimes that went unreported because of the rude attitude of that woman. Her supervisor had to step in and at least managed to understand the situation. He only realised the situation was serious as soon as AB told him the council sacked the guy. He doesn’t want to he sacked himself. The taxpayers money is too good.
Bloody hell. Her manner was shocking from the get go
@DAVIDE-bk8by - 🤔Her attitude DID change slightly, once AB informed her that the call was being recorded! 🤬
@@_Why_123 It changed by her being cowardly and getting the other clown to take over the call.
As a retired plod, this is what's known as ' trying to bat it'
Ie trying everything in your power so as not to deal with an incident or put pen to paper. If only they invested as much time investigating crimes.
DJE MEDIA has shown his support with other auditor's as well. I met him about 3 months ago. Top guy!
This is the attitude i got when i tried to report being harassed and having my property vandalised... they did not care at all... they said it was a civil matter! its a hate crime, destruction of property and harassment ( which i'm still getting ) - and these are men against a young woman.... The police didn't want to know.... they fobbed me off repeatedly... i know i'm on my own now as a vulnerable woman.... What's worse is the men doing this to me know this...
Its seems no one wants to do any work, no one wants to do the paperwork.... the main aim is to fob you off.... its quite frightening... as there is no one to help... x
Was about to go asleep but now staying up. Gonna make a coffee now.
Absolute disgrace. Thank goodness you expose these people.
So pleased that you have taken it to the top, bless up AB
Wow. That female call handler should be up for instant dismissal. She hasn't got the right attitude at all to be speaking to members of the public.
In the UK, false imprisonment is a serious common law offence with penalties ranging from a minimum of six months to a maximum of life imprisonment. Sentences typically range between one and 12 years, depending on factors such as culpability and harm
The offence is indictable only, meaning it is tried at the Crown Court.
It’s time that they All learnt the Laws around their Job
This is actually disgusting! The way she dealt with this call was insane; as soon as she opened her mouth to speak, I just knew it was going to be horrendous. The attitude on her just makes you think how much of a sad life she must be living right now 😂 🤡
@j.g8707 - I've just watched a few episodes of a TV program called "999 What's your emergency?"
... Where they answer the phone with: "Is the patient breathing?" 😮 ... I find that a bit Bizarre!
What a rude woman. Shame on police force
Black woman...""innit""
Well done ab..you sure did the right thing reporting the crime they committed..what could we do without you .. thanks ab...that is a brilliant contribution for our rights ... brilliant... From ..cal 😊
She is very bitter and needs to move on from her position.
Why dya reckon that?
I think they employed her because that’s exactly the kind of attitude they want to deter victims from reporting crimes.
She's in training to become a doctors receptionist. 😊
@@Davy-yt8qg too funny
@@Davy-yt8qg😂😂😂
That female on the phone is disgusting and needs to look elsewhere for employment. Her attitude from the get go was shocking ! Personally , looking from South Africa i do not see that UK is in good shape, and THATS coming from a third world country where police are much more respectful of citizens wow
So compassionate to a victim of crime
Tell police you are a victim of crime, they tell you to ring 101. Ring 101, can't get through. you finally get through, they say today is for emergencies only and to call back. Finally speak to 101 and you get attitude and brushed off. We have become a third world country.
Dealing with crime is not really their thing, is it?
They police mostly feelings these days
Doris just posted on Facebook about immigration they’ve sent the riot squad round
I honestly believe the UK Police have now gone as a Private Company. Their behaviour and disregard towards the Public is absolutely appalling and disgusting.
Bloody hell the attitude from the first second.....
Imagine if you held a security guard prisoner until the police arrived what would happen
Rude receptionist should be sack.
She won`t be sacked, listen closwly, she`s black can`t you tell? She has Black Privilege over the whitey making the complaint....Police are still Institutionall Racist, but only against us evil whiteys..they are all Anglophobes now.
From the very first word out of her mouth you can tell you are going to get a totally inadequate service. I am sick of this country,
Emergency calls are 999 not 101
They have the right to detain you for a non crime,, WOW,, police are clueless, its a policy, you can't detain and wait for the police because of a policy
It is an absolute disgrace that the police are more interested in someone not obeying a self made sign which has absolutely no legal basis while ignoring the actual crimes, are happy with "plastic rules enforcers" doing whatever they want and have no interest in protecting the individuals rights.
Don't Trust the Police ever
Mafeasance in a Public Office is also a CRIMNAL offence, please go and see a very good lawyer, THESE two idiots are both guilty as sin, and need prosecuting additionally!
Absolutely outrageous!
Jesus Christ, the woman taking the complaint has a terrible attitude.
THIS IS WHY PEOPLE DONT REPORT CRIMES.
Well done I hope they throw the book at them they need to learn the law!
Thanks
Thank you 🙏
The Ilford goons really infuriated me. How dare they infringe on our rights. Well done AB and Thank you for Auditing.
Waka Waka This is Not Africa.
That is not my sandwich .
Deport them 3rd world alien savage mutts now !!!!
If the person taking the call can’t mentally handle the job there’s a simple solution… resign. !
I love AB's voice. It is a courageous voice but also the voice of a good and intelligent man.
@stormyweather2531 - 👍He's got a great sense-of-humour too!
...the momentary silence from the supervisor when ab asked if we're supposed to just take matters into our hands, rather than rely on them for help!... jogged him into doing what the salty sour should've done in first place! ...dear-oh-dear...
Even the call handler has a despicable attitude where do they find these horrible people?
The local satanic coven
*@AuditingBritain* Thank you for updating us.
Please continue to update.
When they call you back, please record it. If you're not ready to record, ask them to call back when you are.
Keep us updated.
Do not "let this go". This entire incident is terrible, and needs to be addressed. It may end up in court. It's worthwhile.
Good glad you reported them AB
Clearly the police don't like people reporting crimes. 101 call handler was instantly hostile and sounded pissed off that you even had a crime to report and then they were all clueless as to when people can detain you or not.
Rude lady on the phone, sounds like a cop who couldn't pass the fitness test so they just stuck her on calls 😒
Attitude right from the start is appalling. It's her job to record crimes, not act like "damn, here's another one"! Hope her supervisor gets to hear how she behaves.
WOW! They're so badly trained. A bunch of thugs all of them!!
No they are not badly trained, that is how they are trained, the more pugnacious they are fulfils the criteria.
@@barneybiggles I think G4S do their training now. No surprise that they're so ignorant and arrogant.
At 4:23 of the 'three muchachos of Ilford "the guy in the suit was walking away and saying he would beat the crap out of AB and all he has to lose is his job"
So you call 101 the non emergency number..and she tells you " were not taking non emergency calls. Wtf..and then they still go on about you filming. Can't make this shit up
It is anything to stop crime being reported they are not over run. They are desoerate to not give out crime numbers.
@@WendyWindows You nailed it in one !!
Great job reporting this , excellent video
'I was imprisoned by Wayne Cousins'. UK Police: 'Thats a civil matter/dispute'.
“There was a sign so they were within their rights to kidnap you sir…” 😮
