It also helps me be more social and meet new people which I love. But lately my nutrition has been in the trash but this video motivated me to maybe get some new cookbooks or try new recipes and get back into cooking my own meals at home. Thank you!!!

Currently also having the health and fitness struggles. Little to no discipline- don’t hold myself accountable. Don’t have money to have a PT though 😆🫠 it was nice to be able to relate to someone regarding the issues I’ve been having as well. I used to love strength training, and I want to love it again- but can’t seem to get back into. I’m also self conscious at the gym. UGHHH lol. Thank you for sharing and for your honesty. 🫶🏼
As someone who was in a production of beauty and the beast, there’s a whole in the top of the cart that the actor puts their head through and the chip head is put on their head once through and usually they sit on their knees inside the cart and only the front of the cart is shown so you don’t see their legs haha 😂🩷🩷
