Always love watching your vlogs!! 🫶 I was diagnosed with PMDD a few years ago after struggling for years, not knowing why I would feel so mentally and physically awful before my periods. Obviously everyone is different but thought I would share my experience! I went down the IUD route which absolutely changed my life. My periods stopped and inherently so did the PMDD. I would love to hear more about your journey, especially if you go down a more natural route, as this is something I’ve been considering and would love to hear your experience with it!

Girl…. PMDD girlie here! You could definitely try taking magnesium, it helps me so much with my PMDD symptoms and no harm no foul if you don’t find it helpful! It’s great for sleep and recovery anyway
Make sure you take magnesium glycinate and there’s heaps of types of magnesium for different things 😊
