6.10 to 3.4 in the last half tells the story. Swans stopped to a walk. 24 shots at goal to 17, etc. 59 inside 50 metres to 41. 2018 in the most overrated grand final ever I get it sheeds goal was great but it was low scoring and I’d call it a lower scoring version of the 2023 grand final
haven't started yet, but guessing cats 2007 and 2022 rank low. 2007 in particular was just sensational for fans since '63!!!! 2022 was a little reminiscent for fans, just a 'never stop til the siren' ethos to make sure after so much hurt since '63... just saying, 'best' means different things to different people... 😁 edit: watched it now. strange you pick dog's win in '16 and swans over weagles in '05 over cats in '11 yet your rhetoric makes the case for the reverse of these...
I hate cats and seeing them win premierships is just boring for me, so I would rate them low too. 09 was the only good one, the rest were boring as hell. I don't know what it is, Geelong get into a Grand Final and more often than not, you win and you win well......Do I respect Geelong? hell yeah I do, but I do hate Geelong, too good and have given us Pies a hell of a lot of heartache over the years.
@@SilentHotdog28 2011 was a cracking game!
@@hedonismunderstands2469 It was until it wasn't. Last qtr made it a blowout.
GI THE EAGLES🔵🟡
Who do you support?
clearly he's from melbourne..
2016 grand final was rigged
No shite pal. The Dogs had gotten away with incorrect disposal the entire season. Post the season Luke Beveridge admitted as much.
6.10 to 3.4 in the last half tells the story. Swans stopped to a walk. 24 shots at goal to 17, etc. 59 inside 50 metres to 41.
Mind you the Swans were to have Franklin injured his ankle early (he returned but was not a dominant player) to lose Hannebery early in the last quarter, but that’s a GF for you.
I don’t follow either side but thought it a good spectacle and the Dogs played the better team football.
2016 grand final was completely rigged to Sydney plus I’m a brisbane fan so don’t say I’m biased
Swans fans still seething
Why?
Why put 2018 at number 1
Think he gave pretty good reasons, it’d be my number 1 as well
Because it was the best GF since 2000
Because it was fantastic.
2018 was good but not the best. Hate to say it but pies gfs get the top 2 spots for mine. The draw was the most gripping game of footy I’ve seen and 23 was a classic.
2019 certainly had less going for it than 2007, Richmond would not have won a flag if Collingwood beat GWS the week before and it just wasn't impressive football
😂😂😂😂 Kidding yourself
I wouldn't say that Richmond would have lost, but Collingwood would have put up a much better fight and MAY have won. GWS were woeful.
Same as 2022, Geelong probably still would have won, but Collingwood would have put up a better fight than Swans.
Pie man bias
Best GF of all time is definitely 2023. You don't really know football my friend. Stop supporting Eagles, cause no one else cares.
2017 was the greatest.
Nowhere near it. Was it a great fairytale? absolutely, but it was a boring grand final objectively. 2023, 18, 10 and 06 were all fantastic Grand Finals. My pick would be 1 of them.
@@SilentHotdog28 we can agree to disagree. 37 year drought fairytale was it for me. Greatest GF I have ever seen
2018 was actually the worst because such a good game was wasted on 2 disgusting teams. I think 2021 should be a bit higher. Dogs led in time on of the third quarter.
who do you go for champ?
Salty Dog
Yeah nah, put the crack pipe down mate.
